No body uses these things on netbattle, but they have the stats and movepool to sweep! Also, they own skarm and pwn Bliss, what is better? And I find it strange you think kyogre is a waste of time, when the majority of netbattlers feel it is the epitome of uber. Not saying anything bad on you silver, but I just find it interesting. _________________

Its movepool was so wide, its main weakness is four moveslots. Altaria. This dragon can Heal Bell, Safeguard, Ice Beam and Flamethrower too. Plus, its really cute. Dragonite. Sure, its Attack may lose to Salamence's by two points, but this guy gets Focus Punch and Surf. Tyranitar. People think its only purpose is to kill Shedinja. So if Shedinja's away, so is Tyranitar. Cacturne. If you abuse it correctly, not even Wobbuffet can defeat it. Ampharos. Try giving it Reflect, HP Ice, ThunderBolt and Fire Punch. Lanturn is the only problem now. _________________ This is a waste of space

Over-rated Wobbufet - Sure, Counter and Mirror Coat own, but when you bring Toxic or Leech Seed into play... I've defeated many a Wobbufet in the Battle Factory simply by unleashing a Toxic against it, and then doing nothing for a few turns. Heh. Endure/Reversal Pokemon - BRILLIANT! Sub or Endure until 1HP, have a Salac Berry handy, then kill everything! Wait... HOLY CRAP, IT'S GENGAR! Under-rated Beedrill - Okay, he's pathetic at Level 100, but for the first few Gyms in RBYGSCFYLG, he's one of the most versatile and strong physical sweepers. Poison Sting, Fury Attack, Twinneedle and Focus Energy have won quite a few battles on FireRed. Butterfree - See Beedrill. Scarily good for a while. The Powders work well, and Confusion is powerful. Sadly, this guy looses his momentum after about level 25. Absol - sigh Such a small movepool... DP hopefully will provide a use for the best looking Dark-type ever. _________________

There are a lot of really good, but very unpopular Pokemon. Like, Primape. Probably really good, but come on, who uses Primape? I love Sandshrew. Diglett is underrated. I love Digglet. And... Yeah i feel that way about Kyogre because i never beat Sapphire Kyoge always gets killed i Tried with Skarmory and got killed By Sidney and Blissey i feel just sucks _________________

Blisseys...I always kind of chuckle when those come out...they never last long. I think that Crobats are VERY underrated however. Being as quick as a hiccup, able to confuse, having the ability to poison with Sludge Bomb, having a good attack, and the ability to never miss with Aerial Ace makes Crobat a great choice in single battles as well as double battles. Swamperts are also underrated in my opinion. It may not be super fast, but that's tolerated with other pokemon...why not swampert? Electrics are owned by them and they have a great defense against ice-types known as Ice Beam. Swampert and Crobat made a very nice opening team in two-on-two battles.

I mean, it looks cute, it can learn Rock Slide like Salamence, and it gets STAB'd Earthquake. Okay, so its Speed and Attack are slightly above average, at best. Guess what? Your little Salamence has the same speed. And while it (Salamence) has greater Attack, power does not nessecarily equal win. Oh, and according to my friend, Flygon is my uncle. Another pokemon I would consider being UU (without looking at tiers, I don't care much for the metagame) would be Arbok. Sure, none of its stats discluding Hp get above 300. But as I mentioned earlier, power does not equal victory. It learns a lot of good moves (and improves for DP since Crunch becomes Physical). I don't just randomly go "OMG Salamence is teh shiz it killz I use it!", I play with favorites and work from there. I'm not going to start on OU Pokemon, I don't feel like it. Eventually I decided to just switch it out with Pidgeot in every battle until it bummed enough Exp. points to evolve. It did...and it still sucked. That whole experience turned me off of the Chansey family. You have to work so freakin' hard to get one, and the stupid thing can't even handle a few wild Rapidash without going hardboiled. What a waste of game time! My suggestion is to wait until you need Chansey to complete the Pokedex, but when it comes to battle, leave it where it belongs: the trash. Ungodly HP and SD is all Blissey really needs, and she can still survive a LOT of physical attacks for having the Defense of a wet paper towel. With the right EVs, you can also make Blissey's SA high enough to support one offensive move. Also: -Flygon is not underrated. -Rhydon is not underrated. -Pikachu is not overrated, much less used* by serious battlers at all. -A lot of you don't even know the proper meanings of the words "overrated" and "underrated."

I'm talking about in-game, specifically the Battle Frontier, where the three-Pokemon limit renders switching a little pointless. Skarm-Bliss does not work in-game, which is what I am talking about (I don't honestly care for the Metagame). Sure, maybe in Netbattle they are awesome, but Netbattle isn't everything. Finally, I assume this thread means "opinion-based rating", so that's why Charizard and Pikachu appear on the list. Fine, fine, I might be wrong, but that's why I put Pikachu on the list. Also, to back up my claim, there aren't "over-rated" or "under-rated" Pokemon in Netbattle, to my knowledge. _________________
