I hate the regis*no offense to anyone*. But if i liked them i bet it would be tough to catch them

I've caught them all... it's not like it's hard at all, like 10 ultra balls each

i caught them all using ultraballs.. damn, they are so hard to catch.. i spent a total of 95 ultraballs.. im so noob in catching lol..!

I captured Regice after using about fifty ultra balls! Then, after seeing how awful it was (again, no offence) I thought that I wouldn't bother with the other two. I would like to train a Registeel, but I don't have the patience.

obsidian is right. the REGIs are awful. i hate their skills. but i caught them all. it took me 30 mins to capture registeel. lol

i have all three of them, but regice is really the only good one, i only catch them because they're cool looking and there on lvl 40 :/

I used lord knows how many ultra balls and how many ethers.
I kept putting Regirock to sleep at 1HP then using an ultra ball to catch. I did it over and over again. It didnt work.
I still haven't caught any of them.

wow i caught them a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago. but what i remember was them being pretty easy? i might be mistaken and mixing it up with catching a pikachu or something lol. anyway ya i caught them all

i just started a new game so I am eventually gonna catc them..Usually I hate ubers(if u can even call the regis that)but I need Registeel for my team: Blazikan, Salamence, Ludicolo, Shiftry, Lanturn, REgisteel

I also have them all, and i agree with slithice, they are very hard to catch due to they clear-body ability. With most legendary pkmn I used stats-lowering moves to make them easier to catch; clear-body prevents that.
If you can, give them a status condition (sleep, paralisis or freeze since burning or poison may end up knocking them up)
Dont let get away with curses; after a couple of them it can become nearly imposible to catch due to its high status

I did have all Regi's in my Ruby, but I think I restarted the game. They weren't tough for me to catch. The problem was catching the Relicanth to get to them. It took me forever .

their realy easy to catch, all you do is put on to sleep with hypnosis or something, then wait til they wake up, use it again, then after a lil while has passed pummle them with timer balls, to easy

Regice is the easiest to catch, it's the only one that False Swipe actually affects in any kind of way.
I came up with a perfect Regi-catching moveset:
Breloom (lvl 100) @ insert-whatever-item-you-want-but-NOT-choice-band
EVs in Attack and HP | Adamant Nature
Spore
False Swipe
Swords Dance
-Filler-
Spore on the first turn, Swords Dance until you max Breloom's attack, Sporing when the Regi wakes up, then False Swipe to 1HP. By the time you've done all that, a Timer Ball works perfectly.
The only problem with the above moveset is that I've never had a chance to try it out, due to having better things to do on Emerald than catching the Regis.

I had cought all of the regis at 45 hours. I used maybe 3 or 4 nest ball on all if them!

I have all of them on my Ruby. I've never used them, since I don't like touching legendaries.
I remember getting really lucky on one of them, which I caught in my first or second Ultraball. The other two I brought them to 1 HP with Breloom and Blaziken's grass, fire, and fighting moves, then tanking with Wailord while tossing Ultraballs at them. _________________
