I will go with Pichu. Pikachu's a dork but Pichu looks ok. Gloom is terrible. It might look nicer if it wasn't drooling all the time. I almost forgot. Alot of the D/P pokemon are terriblely ugly too. The worst are the Nosepass evo and the Magneton evo. The cutest are snorlax and baby mewtwo. The most beautifull are milotic and espeon. However, I like the female version better, for it has less hair.
