Okay this morning i was on psyquest and a question came up sayin "Which of these attacks has a 04% chance of causing a random effect". I eliminated all options until i figured out the right answer was SKY ATTACK. this really confuses me, i checked on the TechDex and theres no mention of this random effect so i searched google and there was nothing there either. What is this random effect, Please help me> |

...The only moves with that description that I can recall are Tri Attack (20% chance of causing Freeze/Burn/Paralysis) and Secret Power (30% chance of causing a random effect, based on the battle terrain). Sky Attack just has a high critical hit ratio and a 30% (?) chance of flinch. By the way, what were the choices to the question? It doesn't help much if you don't tell us, because Sky Attack is the answer easy to rule out. |

I refreshed psyquest about 20 times before I got the question Q - Which attack has a 0.4% chance of causing a random effect A. Tri Attack B. Sky Attack C. Sacred Fire D. Mean Look I chose Tri Attack and got it wrong. |

That is probably without a doubt the strangest question I have ever seen. I don't think any of them are correct -.- ... ~Tri Attack: 20% chance of causing Burn/Freeze/Paralysis (and therefore, 6.67% chance for each one). ~Sky Attack: 30% chance of flinch, 12.5% chance of a critical hit ~Sacred Fire: 50% chance of causing Burn ~Mean Look: Prevents the target from escaping when the user is still in battle ...I got nothing. Edit: I just checked the Techdex too and it says the same thing. Either the question is wrong or there's something we've missed (although I highly doubt the latter). |

i know that sky attack is the right answer because i refreshed the page over and over again until i got the question and i made sure that the only answer i put in was the 1 for sthe 0.4% question. sky attack was the answer i put and i got 1/10 meaning that sky attack must be right. this is really bugging me now i really wana know. |
