I was reading the pokedex and it said in order to get a glaceon you need to level up at ice rock. I thought it was a location, not a prize. What am I missing, I don't understand.

Oh. Sorry, you should have said where to evolve Eevee into a Glaceon. It's somewhere route 217.

I found it, it took forever to fine it though. I have another question as well. How do you use the poketch app dowsing machine. I can't get mine to work right for some odd reason.

psypokes website says where to get the apps, if you still cant find it ask in the sinnoh forum, not this one
