This is what I think of AC: This is one of the most beautifully created games ever to have been developed for the next-gen console (though its really slim-pickings )! Respectable effort for the first title in probably a sequel-laden franchise. The game immerses you into the environment and culture of the 11th century - the third crusades. Its amazing that you can almost feel the crud of the middle ages in this game. How the buildings, the carpets, the wood, the people, all of it seems so real. The gameplay mechanics have been honed to a point that it is almost humanly intuitive on what needs to be done, either moving around the map.. and even fighting and eavesdropping. This game is so amazing that I took off work for two days to play this. The buildings aren't like most games were it's almost like they made it for you to climb, everything in this game is like you were actually living the life in the time of the crusades.I could ramble about this all day but I've got to go play some more AC. |

AC isn't an RPG, to begin with. RPG - Role Playing Game; Mass Effect is a great example. Aaaanyways, I beat it pretty quick. It was way to easy. I got my Blade in the Crowd achievement my first assassination. The combat was way to repetitive, though fun. I hated climbing the same exact buildings over, and over, and over, and over again, just to clear up more of the map. The game is way to repetitive for its own good, but I still give it an 8/10 |

Slash dead... the doctor i approuched with scholars... and Stealth assinated him as well and as for... the merchant king the second guy in damascus... i killed him easy 2 not like last time when i had to chase them... anyways im still busy now getting all the flags and crusaders i got most of the nonsense aachievements like killing 75 guards with throwing knives or grab 25 herassers ^^ |

This is most likely my favorite game. It is a very respectable title. I don't own it, but I played it alot at my friends' house. Probably too much. I am glad to hear it is a trilogy. |

Ah it's going to the dynasty era that might stop me from buying it, they should have but it in the first crusades. Or maybe in Greece, it would be fun to rome around Rome, and be the one to assassinate Julius. |

Neither was English Literature, but that's a completely unrelated thread. Point #1: Rome is in ITALY. Unless you want to be pedantic and say "but Greece was part of the Roman Empire!" Point #2: Caesar was murdered by his own senators. Many people witnessed this and recorded it. The murderers even confessed to it. There. Was. NO. Assassin. Anyway, back to the topic. I've not played AC, but it definitely looks quite good from the gameplay videos I've seen. I love free-roaming games like Spiderman, so this would definitely be my first choice if I ever bought a PS3 or a 360. |

I got this game Monday and I have been playing every chance I get. That hasn't been much though. I am in the city you go to after you assassinate the slave trading guy. I haven't gotten very many accomplishments though. When I go to a city, I complete everything I can before I go to the next one. Not counting gathering the flags and killing all the Templars in that city. I do gather and kill them when I see them though. I think I will go play some more in a few minutes. |

I know Julius Ceasar got assassinated by Servilius Casca, they change history all the time in gaming I was going for the idea that you play as the assailant. |
