I recently started running Cross Country Track and was wondering if anyone else does or has in the past? |

Cross country and track were the only athletic activities I took part in when in high school. The only event I was somewhat competent in was long jump. What distances do you do? It was never more than 7 km for high school meets in Ontario. |

Well our distances for each track meet are relatively between 1.2 and 1.7 miles pretty simplistic for middle school track I guess. |
