 Shiny Zigzagoon Competitive Movesets

Post Shiny Zigzagoon Competitive Movesets
I just got my favorite Hoenn pokemon (Zigzagoon) in shiny form. His name is Squiggles, and I'm adding him to my competitive team. I need some ideas for competitive move sets. I'm basing him on a sort of wall. Zigzagoon's defense stats are always higher than their attack stats, so I need some good defensive type/health restoring moves he could learn?
Any ideas are appreciated!

All he really gets for recovery is rest.... so if you really want to try something:

Zigzagoon @ Eviolite
Ability: Quick Feet
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Super Fang
- Toxic

Even then you only have a Base 38 HP and 41 Def/S.def so don't expect much bulk.
