YOU'LL PAY FOR THE WHOLE SEAT BUT ONLY NEED THE EDGE! AND KIDS SEATS ARE STILL JUST TEN BUUUUCKS! This time I would like to try doing a tournament in a single night start to finish. SAVE THE DATE: MARCH 4th 10PM EST RULES:<-----Read these :O -Max limit 8 players -Showdown XY Battle Spot Double Battles 4vs4 -Tournament will be following "Smogon Pokebank OU" Clauses Sleep/Evasion/OHKO/Endless -Teams can be changed between rounds -Players cannot view others participants battles during tourney. Rounds will be single elimination. If there's an odd number of players the one with the highest Psypoke rank will be given a pass first round. 1st battles will start at 10pm with up to a 10min delay, otherwise the missing players will forfeit their round. Win/losses will be posted here and second round will begin at 10:20pm or earlier if players are ready. Win/losses will be posted here and third round will begin at 10:40pm or earlier if players are ready. Win/losses will be posted here and finals will begin at 11:00pm or earlier if players are ready. Prizes: 1st place Any Kalos bred pokemon of your choice w/ 5IVs, two egg moves, nature, ability, and to some exception Pokeball. SIGNUPS WILL END 3/1 WITH EVERYTHING STARTING 3/4 Please post your Showdown name. |

So I guess this can be closed due to lack of interest. Just curious, what would make a single night tourney workable in the future? Different time? Standard OU? Better day of the week? Would love to hear suggestions to try and make this work next time. |

I would say an earlier time. Where I live Im anywhere from 1-2 hours ahead from eastern Standard. And of course there's work. Also OU. I dont like doubles, triples, Yada, Yada, Yada. Call me Old school, but 6 on 6, one Vs one is what I like. |

Earlier time for me as well. And I prefer singles to doubles but it's not a huge deal. |

Dang. Would have signed up had I noticed in time. I've been rather busy lately. I would most certainly like to break out my new team on you guys! Mason, can you just PM me if you start more of these? I won't forget that way. |

I'm simply busy on the night you selected. It would probably help to ask what day/time would work for people. Also, since whatever night you pick likely won't work for everyone, you'd want to do this with a standard battle format in order to attract as many people as possible. |
