We are all familiar with the practice of strapping an exp. share onto a pokemon and taking it with you through any E4 to level it up. The standard practice is to bring the leveling up pokemon in on the first turn, switch it out, and let a level 100 monster do its thing. However, for those who EV train, we can't bring our pokemon in on that first turn without risking it picking up EVs that we wouldn't want. This could be solved by looking up each of the pokemon from every E4 member and finding how many EVs of what kind it gives, but that is lots of tedious work and would be almost impossible to memorize. Fear not! For I, daveshan, have created such a list of every elite four member and their pokemon from all Gen 3 and Gen 4 games. This list gives the numbers by game and by stat. With this, you will be safe to switch in the pokemon you’re EV training While reading this, please note a few things: *Platinum and Fire Red and Leaf Green E4s are in the second run. *For Fire Red and Leaf Green , the first set is always for when your rival has a charizard, the second is for when your rival has a blastoise, and the third is for when your rival has a venusaur. *Hit points is abbreviated: HP *Attack is abbreviated: Att *Defense is abbreviated: Def *Special Attack is abbreviated: Sp. And if you need to level your pokemon a bit before you can kill Starly/Bidoof, 5 minutes at the Daycare will get your pokemon to lv15 or so. |

Yes, EVs are also distributed to Pokemon holding Exp Share. |
