I'm really looking for a shiny dratini. I would like the level to be 15 or lower, as I just restarted HG. Everything else does not matter at the moment.
I'd be willing to work out a trade for any of my pokemon diamond team, which is all around lvl 50 (golduck, abomasnow, alakazam, luxray, dialga, and infernape).
