I don't care about natures or shininess or anything like that. Darkrai is the only Pokemon I'm missing, and I'd like to rectify that asap. I can offer the following:
Liberty Garden Victini
WIN2011 Celebi
FEB2012 Mewtwo
SPR2012 Zekrom
lv. 100 Kyurem
lv. 100 Samurott
Zapdos
Moltres
Landorus
shiny Gyarados
any non-legendary pokemon

Here are its stats:
Level: 50
Ability: Natural Cure (all status problems heal when it switches out).
Nature: Calm (Raised Attack, Lowered Sp. Defense)
Moves:
Leaf Storm 5/5 (grass)
Recover 10/10 (normal)
Nasty Plot 20/20 (dark)
Healing Wish 10/10 (psychic)
It seems pretty good to me, but I'm not a battler so you may not agree.

I don't THINK so, because I tried trading it to my friend's game and getting a Zorua for him and it didn't work, but I can just give you my Zorua if you want.
Heck, I could give you the Zorua AND the Celebi if you wanted.

Well, I only have a male Zorua. So if the Zorua is female, I'll take it. Along with the Celebi. What do you want in return for the Zorua (if it is female)?
