I am very very close to finishing my Soul Silver National Pokedex the only 2 I am missing is Milotic, Celebi and Rayquaza
So I am looking to trade for a Milotic and an English Celebi not the Japanese event Celebi I am gonna get that whenever the event comes out.
And to borrow a HeartGold Kyogre so I can get the Jade Orb to catch Rayquaza.

For trade I can offer a Legit Jirachi, Phione I do also have a Shiny Feebas I am just really bad at making poffins :( They never turn out good enough to raise Feebas's beauty high enough. I also have an extra Groudon, Legendary Birds, and I can trade the Rayquaza after I get it. I also have other version exclusives.
