Can you post the IVs (or even a battle frontier judge summary of the IVs) and natures of your legendary pokemon?

Moltres = Serious
Articuno= Bold
Zapdos = Impish
Mewtwo= Bold
Onix= Brave
Ho-Oh = Mild
Lugia = Adamant

Those are natures. Go to this to find out IV's.

Fill it out and if you cant find EV's go look in the Psydex click show all in the area on the left and scroll all the way down. There should be something like this.

Example:
Base Experience: 64
Growth Curve: Hard
Max Experience at Lv100: 1,059,860
EVs Awarded: Spec. Attack +1 <------ You want this one.
Base Happiness: 70
Capture Rate: 45
