I think houndoom is a really cool pokemon too, but not the coolest.

As for coolest, I dunno, Typhlosion, Suicune, and Charizard would be high up in my list.

Here's my list. Milotic, Lucario, Roserade, Electivire and Mime Jr.

In my opinion Houndoom's the overall best-looking Pokemon. I also like Scizor, Haunter and Gyarados.

Metagross, Milotic, Scizor, Dragonite, Gyardos, Salamence, Tyranitar, Aggron, Steelix (If it didn't have a mouth, rather than having a huge chin -.-), Scyther, Haunter, Charizard, Quilava, Cloyster, Kabutops, Lucario, Empoleon (If it's eyes were below the trident, rather than in it), Skarmory (from the front), and a few dozen more .

The coolest I would have to say is Absol. Something about having a bladelike thing on its head makes it appealing.

Milotic and Gyarados are also cool. Just about any water/snake pokémon would look cool to me actually. So that would throw Dratini and Dragonair in there too. {gyarados}{dratini}{dragonair}

I think Gallade is cool looking. It has swords out of its elbows, which is pretty cool in my opinon. I like also how it sorta looks like ralts, but isnt girlish looking like gardevoir. From ruby/sapphire, i just knew there was gonna be a guy ralts evolution.
