1. So are Stat EXP's like EV's in that a LV 100 pokemon can have a stat change with the "Box Trick".

2. How long, on average, does it take to max out?

im not actually sure myself, and its something id really want to find out. if ya culd it wuld b sweet cos ud b able to absoulutely max ur pokes stats, however it wuld probly take a long long time.
