I've always thought that there should be a separate Pokemon movie that has nothing to do with the Trainers, soleley a story in some Pokemon Kingdom. I also thought a bit about villains and heroes that would be in the story. A lot of Dark types always struck me as being the badass guys, like Tyranitar and Houndoom. A lot of friendlier looking and heroic Pokemon to me were normal types and Dragonite.

So what do you guys think? Who gives off the evil vibe and who looks heroic, friendly, or noble?

Well they did make a PMD mini-movie, but it didn't go over well. (Don't ask.)
But yeah, this does present a good point. The dark, sinister, or evil appearing ones would most likely be evil (e.g. Gengar), while most else and those that have faces that wouldn't look like they'd harm a fly (e.g. Jumpluff) would be the good guys. But you never know; there would be those looking good and being evil, and vice versa. I always see Tyranitar and Salamence as being evil, and Umbreon and Absol being good, despite their Dark types. Ah, but that's just me. We all have opinions.

there's no such thing as an 'evil' animal or pokemon, its the humans who train them to be evil.

Anyhoo, when it comes to think of a Pokemon that may be considered either good or evil, I think the expresion and overall looking does the thing.

For example, when I see a Gallade, it does look heroic to me, as well as a Blaziken, Lucario and such. While Good Pokemon would be all these little <s>stupid</s> fairies like <s>Peekeychew</s> Pikachu, Togekiss, Jumpluff and such.

Now, the badass ones are merely noted from that flare of evil that makes up their faces, like Salamence, Garchomp, Metagross or Tyranitar (all of them being Powerful Entities).
