I am not trying to be rude, but it seems kind of wrong to consider a "drawing" hot??? The real thing is that much better my frineds. But if I had to choose I would have to say the Karate gyme leader in diamond for obvious reasons = p

First: Flannery *Drools* Hot in more ways than one, and there is just something Red haired Girls that turns me on. (Maybe since my favorite color is red)
Second: Cynthia First Female champ, and she pulls off the blonde hair and black outfit.

I don't know if "cute" or "hot" really apply to her, but my favorite Gym Leader has always been Sabrina. She's just so cool, so icy that its a bit sexy, and she was practically impossible to beat in Red and Yellow.
I like Flannery too, because she's exact opposite-cute, peppy, and outgoing.

Even though the topic title solely asks about female Gym Leaders/Elites, why not expand this to guys too?
In that case, I'd have to go with Gary and Commander Saturn aka Kitty Cat (even though he's not a Leader/Elite) all the way!  How could you not love these guys?
