LOL. But the question is, is he any good? I mean it breaks the everlasting chain of "I'm using Mr. Mime as Baton Passer, blah blah blah."

I'll try it, but it's just that Mr. Mime doesn't have much staying power, even with a good nature/EVs. Most of the time he's nailed by OHKO in one turn without anything to increase defense somewhere.

So try Calm Mind, Psychic, Solarbeam+Sunny Day/Thunder+Rain Dance then. Calm Mind should help a bit against Dark attacks, though nothing can protect you from, say, a Shadow Ball.
Go test it out though, I like it. If its defenses aren't a serious problem like we thought, then it'll be a good moveset.

I still have no reply about my Blastoise, I've tested it on Netbattle, Totally screws the common Skarmory and all the other Spikers. Haze has been very helpful against that darn Ninjask and the old Calmcune.

This would be nice if it works (I'm not sure though, it might):
Alakazam @ Leftovers/Petaya
[Timid Nature]
EV's: (Spd - 252) (SpA - 252) (HP - 6)
~Encore
~Torment
~Psychic
~FirePunch
Whip out an Encore and then a Torment and sweep like crazy. Torment will make the enemy not able to attack because of Encore. This is an alternate verson of the one with Disable instead, though that has a low accuracy and you will be nailed before you hit them, and all you need to do is to recast Encore instead of doing Encore and Diasble.

Cool, I like the idea. Please test it out to see if it works.
Please test steinerrecliner's Blastoise if you haven't already as well. Thanks WPM.

That's quite a coincedence, I was playing on Netbattle the other day and I went on Challenge Cup(the random one) and I ended up with a with Encore and Torment. Strange or what??

If Skarm can be a toxispikestaller...
 @ Lefties
Sassy : Shell Armor
Toxic
Hail
Spikes
Fill (Surf/ Ice Beam)
... why can't we do the same for Cloyster? Especially since there is only one Hail-proof type comared to Sandstorm's three. Pity Cloyster can't learn Roar.

Moves like Attract, Substitute, Baton Pass, Confuse Ray/Swagger, Rest, Toxic and Leech Seed and usally considered in Standard set, so maybe you should try doing a set without those for a different pokemon.
I guess i'll try one, it's not too good though,
@ Brightpowder/King's Rock
Nature - Adamant (+Atk - Special Atk)
EVs - 252 Atk, 252 Speed, and 6 HP
Sunny Day
Drill Peck
Agility
Mud Slap
Alright, Sunny Day makes Thunder's accuracy go to 50% and it also tempts your opponent to let out a Grass type with Chlorophyll.
Mud Slap is there to lower Accuracy and weaken Electrics and Rocks.
Agility and Drill Peck are Standard.
Brightpowder is the suggested item, but you could try King's Rock for the flinching effect.
(Fearow totally stinks other than the fact it learns Drill Peck)

Not bad, tessa. Cloyster is more vulnerable to T-bolt than Skarm, bt it looks pretty solid. The last move could also be Explosion, in case you want to go out with a bang.
EDIT; Fearow looks sorta like an oddball. Not too bad, but keep in mind that T-Bolt is more common than Thunders, and Mud-Slap can be solved by switching. It's certainly creative, but it doesn't match up against tough opponents. Good try though.
 @Leftovers
Sassy
252SPDEF, 129HP, 129SPATT
Calm Mind
Attract
Water Pulse
Ice Beam
Yeah, low chances. But if Attract works well and Water Pulse confuses them, you may be able to Calm Mind a little before trying to sweep.
 @Leftovers
Nature: +SPDEF, -SPATT
252SPDEF, 252ATT, 6HP
Rock Head
HP Ghost
Double-Edge
Attract
Amnesia
Well, this one's got a bit more firepower. Amnesia also works faster than Calm Mind. DE for pure damage, and HP Ghost for ghosts. You'll need switching for Steels, though.

It's not the first time someone used Cloyster as a Toxi-staller, so that isn't the most creative moveset around. As for the Fearow, it's creative, but most people use Thunderbolt instead of Thunder. Also, it's very unlikely that people would switch to a Grass type to face Fearow. So we'll have to test it out to see if it survives well in normal battles. As for the Relicanths, nothing too creative, but you can test out the first one, since Relicanths are usually used a physical sweepers.

As for the Fearow, I know T-bolts are more common than Thunders, But alot of Electric Pokes have Standard sets that have the Thunder Dance (Rain Dance + Thunder and Probably HP Water/Surf) in it.
The Fearow could work well against a Thundering Electric type (Except maybe Electrode, since it usally know Explosion).
Agility allows Fearow to move faster that the other Electric type, so Fearow can use Sunny Day to get rid of Rain Dance, then when the Electric Pokemon uses Rain Dance again, you could do Mud Slap to lower Accuracy.
Toxic could also work in place of Drill Peck for a stalling Fearow Set.
But Fearow doesn't have much staying power, so it probably won't work well in long battles.
Another one I came up with, Sudo isn't too good anyway,
@ Leftovers
Nature - Whatever one is (+ Speed, - Special Attack)
Evs - 252 Speed, 252 Atk, 6 HP.
Block
Attract
Body Slam
Explosion
Start with Block, then Attract if the other pokemon is the opposite gender.
Body Slam to paralyze and lower it's speed (Sudo is horrbly slow, like 174 is it's max speed), then Explosion when you think they'll knock you out.
You could also do one with, Dodge, Toxic, Protect and Explosion, but I don't think it'll work well. 252 Special Defense you'd need instead of Atk for the one with Toxic though.

hey,no matter how low the accuracy,if theres rain, thunder will always hit,but heres my move set, tell me watu think
(i wos bored)
 -lax nature@chesto berry/leftys
ancient power,double edge,attract,rest
try it,its a regeneration/strike stratigie,it works 4 me
the ancient power rasies the stats(u probly want this to happen for the full effect),the double edge because its powerfull, the lax nature for good defence, attract so u will stay alive long, and rest for all the damage u take

No, it won't. And aero is always a physical sweeper with double edge and/or aincent power in it. Not creative enough.
As for the sude, it sounds pretty iffy. It could work, though.

Could someone test my Mr. Mime please. I did, and it worked ok, but I need an outsider's opinion; outisder being someone else besides myself. Thanks in advance, and you can either PM or post the results. It doesn't really matter.

It's not that it's not good, it's just that it's not creative.
Becuase.
I'm almost done testing, and what about flamethrower/water pulse over psychic? That way it would take more advantage of the weather. Just a thought.

Check this one out:
 @ Choice Band
Adamant - 252 Attack - 129 Spec. Def - 129 Defense
Overheat
Return
Tickle/Charm
Shadow Ball
Skarmory/Metagross/Forretress/Magneton counter. You will switch in, they will think like *Omfggg I gotta switch out to Blissey*. Return will 2HKO Blissey and do alot of damage to other ****. After they send out a water type, withdraw it and send it out again on Skar, they will think you will return, but Overheat this time. GG.

Are you trying to predict the opponent? Especially on games like NB (which you play as i see from your sig), you can't predict much. And many people know about Forretress's and Magneton's double weaknesses and avoid them. So i would say good try, even though I'm not a rater.
Someone once said that Spore-Focus Puch was banned. So let's have:
 /
Yawn/ Hypnosis*
Focus Punch
EQ
Shadow Ball/ Mind Reader*
*: respectively.
Quite self-explanatory.
And a crazy idea:
Shock Wave
Ice Beam
HP Psychic
Double Team/ Surf/ Swagger
VERY crazy. Rhydon Spec. Sweeping? The same person said OMGWTF to this, and I thought it was worth a try anyway.

Actually, with Sleep Clause sleeping moves aren't all that effective anymore.
Rhydon... just won't work. Spc. Attack way too low.
