I can't think of a favourite episode, I haven't watched it for like a year but I did use to love it, lol. I loved the fact that they were disguised as fish *laughing smiley* and how stupid the guy fairy is yet the female one still loves him. I think I have a vague memory of him being so stupid as to forget who she was, I don't know about my favourite but I remember that bit amusing me quite a lot at the time.

I like the FOPs, but it starts to get repetitive after a while. However, I hear a big change is going to happen soon...

Not my favorite show, but pretty good. I like the one where he challenges vicky to the skateboard-off.

It was a lame show. I liked it for a while, but that faded after the second episode I saw.

I agree with most people it's an okay show but there's much better. I also have a favorite Cosmo line.
"I have more holes in me than Swiss cheese!"

Booo, lol.
I like the idea of Fairy Godparents disguised as fish and going to the kids that need them. The fact that there's one funny, insane, green-haired male fairy married to (?) a grounded, pink-haired woman fairy makes it funnier to me. *Cough* Stereotyping.
It looks, as I'd expect children's television prgrammes to, at issues like a kid dealing with being bullied, but obviously in the mildest way possible because it's aimed at a fairly young audience.
I suppose I also found the show appealing because it sends the message "be careful what you wish for" to children in a way that they'd find entertaining, (e.g. Timmy's sometimes crazy wishes), and perhaps the message that we should appreciate the good things in life instead of always wanting, or wishing, for more.
Or maybe I need my own fairy Godparent to keep me sane.
*Edit* Yep, I wrote "fishes" . Oh dear, my head's not with it at the moment.

This program clearly shows what's wrong with TV nowadays.

Lol, honestly Krisp - you don't like South Park; you don't like the Fairly Odd Parents, what's wrong with you girl? I'm going to have to fly to America and prod you with er... ? Something :S.
(Hopefully) you know I'm just joking. I haven't watched the Fairly Odd Parents in years and thinking about it, the main character did annoy me but I stick by what I said. Fairy Godparents as fish? Wow... I've gone mad.
(Sigh, this is what life has come to at the moment - defending a kid's cartoon show about fish fairies.)
Actually, off the topic of the Fairly Odd Parents but relating to what Krisp said about it being "wrong with TV nowadays", I joined in an online petition over here that asks our local politicians something or another, (it's terrible that I don't quite know what), but it was about how most of (English) children's television has become about nothing educational and how something should be done about it.
I highly doubt I'll be having children unless I suddenly develop p*nis and a fully-functioning one at that, (in which case I'd be extremely worried), or if things work out with my girlfriend in a 'forever' way, (as she wants kids even though I really don't), but I still don't want cr*p on T.V. that may be entertaining for them but that teaches children nothing. Especially as my sister is pregnant; I don't want my niece or nephew, (God willing that everything goes well), to be watching rubbish.
