Why do you think the people making Nintendo Wii are not making them so slowly?
They ran out of material to make them 20%  20%  [ 1 ]

Why can't the people in Japan or China or wherever they make Nintendo Wii make 'em faster? I mean seriously! The only time I get to play Nintendo Wii is the demo at GameStop and the game is Super Mario Galaxy. Soo broing.

Actually, they have been working full production on producing Wiis since the Wii first came out. It's just that demand is so high for them that they're always selling out the moment they make it to stores.
