Hey has any heard if there coming out with diffrent types of Wii colors?

In b4 someone says Wikipedia isn't a reliable source.


They've shown Wiis in white, lime green, red, black, and silver, but I'm fine with my white one.

I belive that they will do it in like summer 2008 or so

If it is true, I would go for a black or white. My DS Lite is white afterall. I like white and black. I think I would have white.

I prefer the white one. Colors would be cool, but I wouldn't buy a new just to get it in a new color.

The demand hasn't eased up yet. Even if there were colors out, as Barney always says, "It doesn't matter what you look like on the outside, all that matters is who you are on the inside." As far as I know, the mechanics and all are still the same on the inside.

Well, yeah, but we are talking about there being different colors.

I like the white one matches with my black DS. Probably the only main change to the system would be a DVD player. If you don't like the way it looks then customize it by adding a new case or decal to it.

They most likely wouldn't add a dvd player, it would just be a color change.

But I would probably go for the black one, it would give the wii a more slick design. Even though I'll probably end up keeping the one I have now.

There's something to be said for the crisp, clean look of a white Wii with blue lights. I'll save the color spray for my handhelds.

just get a cover if colors are needed i would not buy anotehr wii just for a color (ds maybe gameboy allready did lol )

i know this is a little of subject but do any of you now if u can put music on the Wii. I have heard rumer but i can never confirm them

I have to kind of agree with this. I mean, the colour of my Wii really means nothing to me -- I like the white with the blue, it's simple and clean looking, which seems to be Nintendo's goal lately. However, for my DS, I was kind of picky about the colour, and when I got my new one (the LCD on my old one broke) I had specifically stated "any colour but white".

It's the coral one, for the record.

to put music, get a sd card and put as many mp3 onto it and browse it from the photo chaanel

im sorry if i sound clueless, but how do you put songs on the SD card.

My mp3 can plug into the USB ports in the back. Can i do it this way?

lol different color Wii's. I wouldn't expect any new colors coming out any time soon. I also personally think nobody cares seeing as white seems to be Nintendo's main colors for the Nintendo DS and the Wii, so too me it seems pointless. Besides, I like my White one anyways.





And since when was it ever announced that different colored Wii's would be hitting stores?

Err... You could use a digital camera with the SD card inserted as a mass storage device and copy all the mp3s from your hard drive to the camera.

Or you could buy a USB adapter that reads SD cards.

Whatever works for you.
