As Rayquaza began to laugh, Edward growled.

Edward then burst out uncontrollable, "Dammit Rayquaza! Groudon and Mew risked their lives fighting Arceus! How dare you laugh in a time where we need you guys the most! You should be ashame of yourself..." the Lucario looked down sadly at Mew.

D walked down the corridor into the next wing.

It's a good thing some pokemon dont know how to tie ropes...

D was about to walk through the doors when his phone rang. D picked up and put it to his ear.

"D?" a voice rang from D's phone "Are you there?"

"Yes" D answered shortly "Why are you calling me Samson.."

"Groudon attacked HQ, D..." Samson growled

"And you used Arceus?" D said his tone getting colder by the second "And I know that you wouldn't be calling me unless you lost"

"Well, What else was I supposed to do?!" Samsons voice came over the phone very loudly. "He and Mew-"

"Mew?" D said suddenly and even colder than before "Mew was there and you couldn't catch him?"

"They sprung a trap on me" Samson yelled, obviously growing more obstinate."I'm the le-"

"You may think you're a leader" D cut over Samson, his voice cold but still calm "But this organisation is run by a board, and catching Arceus doesn't give you any higher status then mine and losing with Arceus does not help you keeping your equal status"

Samson could be heard breathing hard over the phone but said nothing.

"And don't think I'm coming over to help either" D said "The factory has had a slight fault am I have to fix it, afterwards I have other buisness..."

D cut the line and walked through the factory doors into a room filled with caged fire pokemon. D glanced around and walked through them.

We should be dont with this factory soon... It's good to know that my experimentation with the water pokemon is over...

D stopped at a cage and looked in at the vulpix sitting sadly inside.

Freeing them only helped me it seems... It's a shame to lose that Gyarados though...

D walked through the room into an office beyond.

Charz woke suddenly from his perch in the forest canopy to see the ground moving up upon itself once more. A car passed out of the cave, with a number of people sitting inside it. Charz jumped from tree to tree keeping the car in sight as it drove north through the forest.

"How long till we get to the plant" A voice rang out from the vehicle below

"Shh!" Another voice came out hardly audible "Just wait till we get there, we don't want anyone overhearing what we're going to do, especially Samson..."

Charz followed the car to the old Abandoned Power Plant.

Zapdos...

((DS, in the future, please don't control Samson. He's my NPC just like how D is yours.))

Rayqauza stopped its laughing the instant Edward spoke. It stared down in a growl as Groudon slapped its own forehead.

"Listen to me, peon." Rayquaza said to Edward. "Don't think that, just because you are friends with Mew and Groudon that you have any right to speak to me directly. Watch your tongue or I swear it will be the last time that you use it."

"Ignoring Edward's comment, which I SPECIFICALLY told him not to make, what is your answer? You know that, if they have Arceus, it's only a matter of time before they get you too."

"What makes you think I can't handle Arceus? My techniques involve more than brute muscle like yours do."

"You can't handle Arceus because no single pokemon can. Arceus is a god and you know it. Now, will you help us or not."

Rayquaza hovered in the air for a moment, then glided down and circled Edward slowly. "Very well, Groudon. I am in on one condition. If this little fur ball insults me again by talking out of turn, I get to eat him."

"Deal. Meet us at the South-Eastern tip of the Hoenn mainland at this time tomorrow and we'll discuss our plans." Groudon then looked at Edward. "Come on, we need to get to Kyogre."

Meanwhile, back in Kanto, Samson angrily hung up the phone after talking to D. He looked at his normal pokeballs and then over at the masterball that was still going through the machine.

"Only 13% healed. Curse you Groudon." Samson said to himself.

He knew that D was right. With Arceus, he did have more authority on the board than anyone else. However, this defeat would set him back some, especially with his prized pokemon still in recovery and the fact that Groudon was able to destroy the HQ without him capturing a single legend.

He looked at his togekiss's ball. "If others are going to push themselves to the limit to capture a legend, they will do it now. They'll be eager to fill the power vacuum that my defeat has created. This is the time when I have to be the most drastic and careful at the same time. I have to back those who actually stand a chance at succeeding and distance myself from those who I believe will fail."

He opened up a computer screen and examined some of his fellow legend hunters. "The ones going after Zapdos will fail. Zapdos is too evasive, plus all the electric pokemon in the plant will have its back. The emotion trio might be caught. It depends when they try to catch them. I'll have to be supportive, but not too much."

He then panned over to a screen of scuba divers going towards a small water elf which was along side a smaller water elf. "Manphy and Pheone..." He grinned. "Yes, I believe I've found my 'allies'."

((I chose deoxys to find palkia, because palkia is the ruler of space, and deoxys came from space))

Deoxys gasped; Metacham had blown up a factory, and released hundreds of pokemon. Palkia tapped him on the shoulder questioningly.

Deoxys explained, and palkia nodded. "You must go find him, I will stay here, and recruit dialga to our ranks. He will help, but not grudgingly."

Deoxys said his thanks and good-byes, and teleported to birth island. There were still plumes of smoke coming up from the factory, and he looked behind him, to see a giant Gyrados drag metacham out of the water. "So you must be this Deoxys he was telling me about. He saved us from those humans, we couldnt have gotten out without him.

Deoxys rushed up to metacham, who was sputtering water and coughing. Gyrados slid back into the water.

Metacham looked up at deoxys. "Deoxys.... is that you?" Metacham coughed some more. Deoxys changed into normal form, and reached out with his hand to touch metacham on the shoulder. As he did, a flash came between his hand, and deoxys looked at his hand to see millions of tiny organisms writhing on his skin.

"Ahhh! What is this?!" Metacham looked at him in horror, he had spread it to deoxys too. "Pokerus..." Metacham wheezed, then fainted.

Deoxys looked warily at his skin, it had returned to normal. He picked up metacham in his arms, and thought for a second, then teleported.

Palkia walked onto the mountain the humans called 'spear' Dialga was there, looking not-so-pleased at palkia's arrival.

"What do you want palkia, I thought we agreed you would stop bothering me."

"Matters call for me to meet you again. You have seen these 'legend hunters," yes?

They have come on to your mountain before, trying to capture you, I'm sure. They've visited me a few times too.

Deoxys has informed me that they have captured arceus and-"

"Arceus? I dont believe it. He would never be captured by those humans!"

"They have, and the other legends have been gathering us, we need to fight him, or they will capture us too."

".....Fine, but tell your servant deoxys that we could use darkrai's assistance as well."

"He is not my servant, but I will see to it that he gets darkrai."

Dialga nodded, and watched as palkia walked away.

Lugia followed Latios. "Why must we go to Eon Island? We should get Ho-Oh to help us in Johto."

Sal looked down in sadness. I want to fight now, I need to prove to Lugia that I'm not a helpless normal pokemon. But how?

As Rayquaza circled him like lunch, Edward just continued to glare down. Rayquaza was probably serious, but Edward didn't care. They were all pokemon, and just because some of them were legendary didn't give them the right, the authority to boss others around, especially in a time like this. Edward wasn't afraid, and he never took back what he said that day. For now, he would have to swallow his pride and obey Groudon for the meanwhile. Edward knew that someday, he would come back to this place to take Rayquaza down, and maybe then he would understand.

Edward Extremespeeded away from Rayquaza's clutches to follow Groudon. He wondered if Kyogre was as hotheaded as Rayquaza.

((I'm going to ask that everyone cuts off at two legendaries total. So, no Palkia and Dialga))

Groudon surfaced inside the mountain lake the Kyogre called home. Unfortunately, no one was there.

"This is odd..." Groudon said slowly as it looked around the lake. "Kyogre is usually here."

Suddenly, a small mudkip swam up to it. "Groudon, Groudon. Thank Arceus you are here."

Groudon gritted its teeth at the comment.

"What happened here?"

"Humans, Groudon. Humans came and captured Kyogre. They used so many garchamps. I don't know what happened."

"Garchomps? Kyogre should have been able to handle those with ease."

"They were all fed berries some kind of berry that made them more resistant to Kyogre's ice attacks."

Groudon gritted its teeth. "Stay here in case Kyogre breaks free and comes back. If it does, tell it to find me and Rayquaza."

It turned to Edward. "Come, we'll meet Rayquaza and tell it what happened."

Back at Samson's hideout in Cerulean City, Arceus's status improved to 34%. Samson himself was watching the events unfold.

Entei ran quickly to the lake Suicune lived in, then dove in. He could handle water for a while, but he had to find him fast. He found Suicune in the center of the lake, resting. He woke him up, then went up for air. Suicune pushed him out of the water.

"Something must be urgent. You hate water."

Entei explained the situation.

"Is this a joke?"

"Suicune, I dove into water to get you. It's not a joke."

"Very well, I will help."

"Thanks. Get Raikou and meet me at indigo platou. I'm going to find the legendary birds."

"I'll meet you there."

Entei bounded towards the Kanto Reigon as Suicune made out for Raikou's home, a large, thunderous mountain.

Entei arrived in the hoenn reigon and ran to the edge of the sea, where Articuno supposedly resided.

Entei blasted fire into the air, hoping to get her attention. The ice began to freeze.

"Yes..." Entei said as the ice thickened. Soon, Articuno was flying towards him at top speed.

"Entei! Huge problem affot!"

"I've got an issue too. You go first."

"Well, I was going to visit Zapdos, and some wierd guys were attacking him. It seemed like they were hopeless in beating him, but then some other guys charged in. Their Pokemon were stronger. Soon, the other Pokemon were down, and Zapdos...they caught him in a master ball after fighting him for a while."

"What? Zapdos was captured too?"

"And that's not all! I went to Victory Road, to warn Moltres, but some other guys were attacking her! They captured her too! My dear sister...and my brother..."

Entei explained the situation of the Legend Hunters and Arceus.

"Oh, my! Well, I'll help you out."

"C'mon, we're going to Indigo Platou to meet up with Raikou and Suicune."

And with that, the two Pokemon set out for Indigo Platou.

"I'm so proud that Entei thinks you're good enough to be his apprentice."

"I'm his 4th, dad."

"True, but you haven't died yet!"

"Dad, his 1st apprentice died after being his apprentice for more then 5 months more then I have."

"Well, it's stil an honor."

Just then, a Rapidash and a Ponyta came running up to Leon and his father.

"Sir! We're under attack!"

"What? Which way are they coming from?"

"The east. They haven't reached the mountain yet, but we think it's the legend hunters you and Entei described. Your orders?"

"Great. Prepare the troops to fire ranged attacks. I want frequent updates on their movement from the Chimchar scouts."

"Yes, sir."

The Rapidash and Ponyta delivered his orders to the troops, and the Chimchar went out to find the attackers.

"Good call, son."

"Thanks. You heard my orders, get ready!"

"Yes, sir!"

The Pokemon were swarming about, preparing for the attack.

"Won't they be surprised when they realise Entei isn't even here? Hehe..." Leon said, keeping an eye out for the attackers.

Edward shook his head as he chuckled to himself, "Heh, I bet he was just too arrogant to even call for help, and now we have to pick up the pieces, right?" he sighed heavily, "Pretty soon, whatever happened to Arceus will happen to Kyogre, and then... He'll become controllable under that bastard Samson, I bet..."

Edward looked up at Groudon as he spoke to the other pokemon in the den, "Will there be another world war between Groudon and Kyogre...? Grr, dammit! We're running out of time!"

When Groudon told him to follow back to Rayquaza, Edward sighed deeply and began to walk towards him.

Then suddenly, Mew's eyes started to flicker. "Edward...?"

"Mew, you're finally awake! Are you okay?!"

"I've been listening... You wanna know where Mewtwo is, don't you, Edward."

Edward nodded with a frown.

"He's... In Victory Road, Kanto..." Mew sighed.

Edward nodded, looking over at Groudon, "Well, I guess we'll be going back to Sky Pillar first, then we'll pay a visit to Mewtwo, right, Groudon?"

Edward ran to catch up with Groudon.

Mewtwo sat peacefully, his eyes closed, mentally blocking out the world around him. He suddenly got up from his resting position in the cave, a number of rocks circling him, Mewtwo stood on the tallest. He looked up as he spoke, "Mew..."

(Dave, I asked you whether I could Samson to call D, you didn't answer so I got him to call anyway....)

Latios flew straight towards Eon Island with Lugia close behind. He saw the island and was about to land when he saw a huge pire of smoke coming off Birth Island.

"No..." Latios murmured

Latios changed course and dove straight down to Birth Island. Latios saw Deoxy's and Metacham on the island and landed next to them.

"What's going on Deoxy's!?" Latios yelled

Latios saw Metacham faint in Deoxy's arms and teleport away suddenly.

"What's going on here?!" Latios yelled

A Gyardos looked down and answered.

"That Medicham saved our lives" the pokemon told him "Now he's got Pokerus..."

Gyarados looked around and followed the other water pokemon swimming away from the island.

Latios stared after them wondering what to do. Suddenly somebody had started clapping behind him.

"Good timing Latios..." The person said "I know you can understand me..."

"Who are you?" Latios yelled at him "What's going on here?"

"Unfortunately I cannot understand you..." The person said snidely "But that has nothing to do with me capturing you..."

Latios stepped back looking horrified. He turned around about to leave when he saw a flygon blocking his way.

"You'll have to battle your way out dear Latios..." D said coldly "Flygon... Crunch..."

Flygon dove in and snapped at Latios before he realised what was happening.

"Aaargh!!" Latios fell to the ground but pulled up short. "Take.. THIS!"

Latios shot a pearly white ball at Flygon but it dodged easily.

"I know all about your attacks Latios... Your weaknesses... Your strengths and I've taught all my pokemon the same..." D sneered "I have prepared for you unlike any other legendary, and unlike any other Legend Hunter... I'm planning to win this without any tricks or a master ball..."

Flygon had stood by during the whole speech, so Latios knew that he was telling the truth. Latios looked up and saw Lugia and Sal approaching. He yelled to them.

"Don't interfere!" Latios yelled to them "I'm going to get through this myself"

"Let's do this Flygon..." D said slowly "Crunch again..."

Charz watched by as Zapdos was caught.

Amazing.. Even with that many people and pokemon they still needed backup

Charz watched as a horde of Vibrava's attacked Zapdos from all sides. All the other Electric Pokemon were down.

I can't just stand by and watch

But before he could do anything Zapdos had been caught, on top of a pile of rubble lay a pink and purple pokeball.

What in the world is that...

The Legend Hunters dispersed amazingly fast, leaving all the fainted electric pokemon alone.

That must of been the Master Ball... That's how they caught Arceus, they must be making more of them to capture the other legendary's, They know they cant win without them...

Charz felt disgusted.

I don't care what Celebi said... They can't just go around capturing legendaries like this... I'll have to go to my mentor, I can't do this on my own...

Charz suddenly took off and flew back to Johto, and the Tin Tower

(Paco, remember that we know absoloutly NOTHING about Arceus being captured, for all we know he's still at the Hall of Origin so we dont know about anyone trying to get other Legendaries, and I hope you don't mind staying out of the battle between D and Latios, and Dave may I use Ho-oh for my second or does Celebi count for that?)

((Um... I'm going to have to say no. Secondary legends don't get aids. Sorry, DS, my bad. But still, don't control him and sure, use Ho-oh. ))

"No, you two go get Mewtwo. Teleport to victory road. The sooner Mewtwo's with us, the sooner we can stop worrying about Samson catching it."

Samson sat in his chair. Arceus was still only 75% healed.

"So, Zapdos was captured, eh? Well, it did happen at great expense and I suppose I was right though. Those fools needed massive back-up against Zapdos to capture it."

Suddenly, Samson's phone rang.

"Talk to me." He snapped after seeing the caller ID.

"Sir, Manphy and Pheone were captured as you predicted. The members who captured them are heading to you now and have agreed to meet with you and discuss and alliance."

"Perfect. Anything else?"

"Yes, sir. I'm not sure if it's good or bad, though."

"Then just spit it out."

"Kyogre was caught by Ms. Wentle and her associates."

Samson gritted his teeth. "Thank you. Samson out."

He hung up the phone and slammed his fist onto the table. "Wentle's got Kyogre and I know D will be going after Latios. Hurry up, Arceus. I'm going to need you for all the leverage that you're worth."

Latios swerved suddenly as flygon dove for him.

This is going to be hard... I'll have to give all I've got

D was watching the whole thing carefully.

Your pride is your weakness Latios... Though you may not know it...

"Flygon" D called "Use Dragon Claw"

Flygon Dove in again and Latios dodged, Flygon knew he was going to dodge and smashed him with a hardened tail.

"Good work Flygon" D called "Now Iron tail"

Latios grabbed Flygons tail and was about to use psychic when Flygon slashed Latios with a dragon claw grinning widely.

Latios still doesn't understand... He's not as observent as his friend...

Latios was tiring fast. not knowing what to do he lunged at Flygon.

"NOW!" D yelled "STONE EDGE"

Flygon shot it's arm up and shot a huge amount of earth and rocks from the ground below him at Latios. Latios fell as D threw an Ultra Ball at him. He felt a slight sucking sensation as he fainted. He did not know that he had been caught.

Edward stopped, gasping, "But, Groudon..."

Mew flew slightly out of Edward's arms, Edward gasped again and was ready to catch him if he were to fall.

"Groudon, just be careful, okay?" Mew said, frowning.

With Kyogre in the Hunter's hands, Groudon and Rayquaza were almost the only ones capable taking him down. If the Hunter's knew that, wouldn't they go after them next, and with Kyogre?

Entei and Articuno arrived at Indigo Platou and met up with SUicune and Raikou.

"Good. There's a few more legendaries to add to the cause. Let's see, we can still try and find...hmm...I think Kanto has been covered...Somebody else is getting Ho-oh, after which Sinnoh will be all good...Hoeen! We can still get the Regis!"

"But I can only carry one of you there-"

"Take me. You two can go to Sinnoh and look for the Emotion trio. After that, go with Cressilia."

"Good idea. Let's move!"

Raikou and Suicune then left to go to the Sinnoh reigon.

Articuno picked up entei and began flying to Hoeen to find the regis.

The Legend hunter could be seen moving towards the mountain, over the rocky ground that surrounded it.

"Fire!" Leon said. The guards began unleashing powerful ranged attacks, combating some of the Legend Hunters. However, Leon then noticed something about the Pokemon.

"They're water Pokemon!" He said. The pokemon continued the attacks, however, and managed to knock out most of the empoleon.

"They're the starters..." Leon said quietly, realsing the impossibility of the situation. "If you can, use Solarbeam!"

The attacks changed from the crimson red blasts to beams of pure light, hitting the attackers. Leon tried using Stone Edge to help with the effort, resulting in more Pokemon going down.

Lugia watched in horror as Latios was caught. "Sal assiast Deoxys. Now!" He looked at the Flygon in anger and shot an Aeroblast at it and its master. You will pay for this.

Sal flew towards Medicham. "How did he get it?"

((Er, paco, deoxys teleported away. & daveshan, Dialga and Darkrai are not my second legendaries, i'm just recruiting them. And exuse me if i get anything wrong, i havent seen darkrai's movie, all i know is he's the protector of the garden.))

Deoxys appeared on a long road of flowers, and he started floating slowly towards a cavern.

He entered the cavern, and was smothered in complete darkness. "Heeehh.... What do you want with the garden..."

"Come on darkrai, you know its me." Deoxys set metacham down in a sitting position on a rock.

Darkrai slowly floated out from the darkness. "Who... is this?" Darkrai pointed at Metacham.

"That would be my 'apprentice' Metacham, he has caught a virus, pokerus. Do not touch him."

Darkrai watched metacham curiously. "Such queer pokemon, the medicham are."

"Anyways, darkrai, let me get to the point. The legend hunters have tried to capture you, yes? They have caught arceus, and my foresight tells me that more and more of our ranks are being lost to these humans. We are gathering the legends, and we would like your help in defeating them, and releasing our brethern."

Darkrai was silent for a moment, then: "I will help. But only because it was you who asked. I've had that thing cresselia come looking for me, blabbing on about a mortal danger that was approaching."

Deoxys nodded, and said: "Im going to go find cresselia, she could help us much."

Deoxys picked metacham back up, and teleported.

((Ok, let me put a little clarification on this. You can only recruit one legendary. Which means, you have two legends at most: Your original and the one you recruited. No others.))

Groudon emerged at the South-Eastern tip of Hoenn.

"Where is Kyogre?" Rayquaza asked. "I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that you couldn't get..."

"Kyogre was captured, Rayquaza. A small mudkip told me what happened."

"What? How could Kyogre be caught by these humans?"

"Technology and numbers, apparently. We need to hunt for their new HQ. Do you have any idea where it could be?"

"Somewhere in Kanto, no doubt. Let's hurry. I will meet you at Cinnabar Island."

With that, the two made haste towards Kanto.

((Okay, daveshan and me have split up... Well, whoever wants me to join them let me know.))

Mew teleported with Edward to Mewtwo.

They glaced at each other.

Mew seemed really serious. For some reason Mew didn't want Mewtwo involved, but now there was no choice.

D glanced at Lugia.

'It's too late for you now Lugia..." D said softly "Flygon keep them occupied"

D threw another pokeball into the air. A walrein appeared on the rocks on the coast of the island. Flygon flew right into Lugia and clawed at his underside. Walrein shot a light blue beam at Sal.

"Let's go Xatu" D said throwing a pokeball into the air "I've caught Latios and that is enough"

"Xaaaaaa"

They both dissapeared. Leaving Flygon and Walrein Fighting the two Pokemon. D let go of Xatu's feather and walked slowly down a dark hallway.

"Xatu go back to Birth Island and get Flygon and Walrein to HQ, I have some buisness here..."

As Xatu dissapeared D walked through a set of Double Doors into a room with a large table in the middle and a map on each of the walls. A number of men, young and old, looked around at his appearance.

"Hello, everyone" D said shortly "Have I missed anything?"

Charz flew over Mt. Silver keeping his eye out for a tower ahead of him. Charz's mind was working in a whirl.

I hope what I'm doing is going to stop the Legend Hunters, there has to be some way to get Arceus back...

Charz saw the tower rising slowly ahead of him. He flew around the City nestled below the Tower and started rising to get to the top of the tower. Charz reached the tower and flew up the side, thw wind blew straight in he face and Charz struggled to keep his eyes open. Char finally reached the top of the tower and landed lightly, the setting sun blinded him as he tried to looked towards the raised platform where Ho-oh roosted.

"Ho-oh?" Charz called "Are you here?"
