Yes, at least I think so. Whether or not he uses them is irrelevant; it's still wings. lol This is in the wrong forum. This place is for battling stuff. I think this should go under either Pokemon Center or Sinnoh Region.

Yes, he has wings. He clearly extends them for flight/gliding in his fight with Dialga.

Yes, Palkia does. Although it cannot learn fly in the game or anything, one sees Palkia use its wings in the movie.

Yeah but in the movie Dialga is flying but it doesn't have wings. I think that its some kind of psychic power that make them fly in the movies like Mew and Mewtwo.

I never thought about the psychic part. Perhaps that's what it is, it seems as if they are emitting a strange aura-like thing.

Of course Palkia has wings, whether or not they can lift him is another question.
Hangliders are about the wing span we'd need to take off, Palkia's must be the length of a football field to lift him off.

Of course those aren't wings.  They're just as much wings as our Scapula.(shoulderblade) Those, things, are mearly like a lion's mane, for show. Notice how when those 'wings' come out, Palkia throws his head back for a triumphant cry of victory or another emotion. Like Shadoman said, Dialga can 'fly' just like Palkia without wings. I rest my case.

They're wings. I saw this picture in a book of it sort of gliding on them.
