"Yes, we COULD do that," Spiritomb replied.
"However, there is one fact that you have failed to notice."

"What?"

"There is a small ARMY with the same intention as us," Spiritomb replied succinctly.
"I'm certain they would help us get out, seeing as how they're going that way too.
Also, this Metagross is in no condition to be even walking right now," Spiritomb said.

Haunter scratched his head, and then a big grin spread across his face.
"Remember how I said I had some black powder?" Haunter asked.

An even bigger grin slowly made it's way across Spiritomb's face.

Suspense! I think.

Gardevoir hissed.
"Do better!" she spat. "Natu army! GET OUT THERE!"
10 tiny Natus fluttered out excitedly, twittering shrilly.

Chingling

As Dusk is currently unavailable right now, I am going to go ahead
and attack for him until he returns.

Dusk's attack:

Dusk let out a loud shout as a flaming fist smashed into the Kadabra.
The Kadabra fainted on the spot.


Venomoth is now Fainted.
Kadabra is now Fainted.
Natu flees from the fight.

The Venomoth struggled on the ground. She coughed a few times.

Nightmare said, "Tell me, where might we find Gardevoir's hideout?"

She coughed and said, "Hehehe.... That's the beauty of it....
The Hideout can only be found by a Psychic type....*coughhack*....Gardevvoir jinxed it...."
She coughed some more and continued.
"To...anyone else...*hack*....It's totally invisible...*wheeeze*"

"Drat," said Nightmare.

Suddenly there was a low rumble.

"What's that!?!" Said MagikDark.

Then there was a large explosion a few yards away.
The hole it left revealed a long tunnel.

Several minutes later, a head popped out and looked around. The rest of
the body followed.

"Haunter?" Nightmare finally asked.

The Pokemon wheeled around.

"Guys! I found Spiritomb!"

Sure enough, Spiritomb clambered out after him. More Pokemon followed suit.

"Wha-" Nightmare started to say.

"Well now, you're a little more powerful than I thought," a cold voice said from the hole.

All the Pokemon that had came out peered into the hole....

And Gardevoir floated out.

Guys, please be careful! This is racing towards the cimax of the story. It sounds like the end will be soon and we won't be able to post any more. Try not to kill Gardevoir, there are a few more awesome Psychics than her, and we've already established her as the most powerful.

"You......." spat Gardevoir, here voice heavily laden with hatred so pure that every single Pokemon took a step back; she looked so furious, she could explode at any moment. And no-one wanted that to happen.
"You have ruined everything. EVERYTHING!!!!" she screamed manically. "And you come with your pathetic little army to destroy me. FOOLS. I have so many Pokemon so powerful you couldn't possibly imagine the size of my army. The PSI Mafia will be here any second now; I deal in slaves, my dears, but wait until you see my fellow Mafia Crime Lords. Alakazam deals in narcotics: Potions and other things that you wouldn't imagine of tampering with. Grumpig is our pilfering, looting, stealing chief; Hypno deals in smuggling; Gallade, of course, my husband, is an assassin, the most deadly one you'll see for ever, dears. Claydol deals with the espionnage side of things. But then, oh yes; there is the Mighty Mafia Millionares, ones that you wouldn't think of even confronting. You cowardly spectres would die of shock if you knew who our Genetic testings Tycoon is. Our space traveller and time traveller are so powerful.........and then we have our corruptors, the triplets who live in lakes; they sow seeds of corruption through the human race by telling legends of their powers of summoning Palkia, Dialga and Giratina. The others consist of our chief hacker, our fourth corruptor who's powers of magic have the power to grant wishes; the super-powerful Eon twins; our Lord of the Sea; and the giver of life. So you see, you cannot win. We have poewr beyond anything! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!!"
Gardevoir laughed insanely, a high, cold, humourless laugh that sent shivers down many's spines.

"If you are so tough, why haven't I heard of you lot before?" snorted Dusk. "And you can not stop us, look at all of us, we have a massive advantage," he motioned to the assembled Pokemon, each of them cheering as he did so. "Now Missy, I think you should run along before we get nasty."

"Dusk, hold your tongue before it does something dum," Nightmare snapped.
'However, Gardevoir, he's right to some extent; you have failed to notice one very important factor."

"What's that?" Gardevoir asked.

"It's the fact that nearly every one of us just so happens to be Dark type. Also,
I severely doubt that any of those so-called super-powers can or will help YOU right now."

"I can prove that Nightmare," Spiritomb chimed in.

"What?" they both asked at once.

"This so-called 'wish maker' Pokemon is referring to Jirachi, is it not?"

A look of morbid curiosity spread across Gardevoir's face as she slowly nodded.

"A thousand years ago to this day, I happened to be fortunate enough to be present for her waking.
On that day, she annnounced, as she always does, that the world had 10 minutes to make a wish, and she
would grant that wish."

"So what?" Gardevoir asked.

"I wished to be able to live long enough to witness that waking again," he replied succinctly.
"The law of the legends says that any promise they make, they must keep, at any and all costs,"

"So what?" Gardevoir asked. She was getting impatient.

A loud telepathic beep emitted from Spiritomb. He telepathically shouted,
"I WISH THE LEGENDS WEREN'T IN THE MOFIA!!"

Gardevoir gawped in a stupor.

Several long, painful minutes passed before the answer came, and with it reluctance;
"Granted," she said, regret clearly ringing in her thought.

Another beep came from Gardevoir.
"Hello?" she said.
"Mew! what a surprise! What about you membership? What? My fault!?"

Nightmare glanced at Spiritomb.

More beeps came; about 11 of them.

She answered all of them and apparently got similar results.

"You...." She started. "You!" But she couldn't get the words out.
Sorry, I couldn't resist! Fighting 12 Psychic type legendaries will take
to long for my taste.

Finally she shouted and started to reach out with her mind.

"Stop her!" Nightmare shouted. Spiritomb reached out and tried to block her.

Nightmare raised Shadow's Death and swung it at Gardevoir as hard as he could.

Now the battle has now officially started.
Note, that Spiritomb will be unable to fight; He has to prevent contact from Gardevoir.

Haunter put his hands together, and a purple blob formed. "SHADOW BALL!" Shouted Haunter.

"Well, well... time to this lady to sleep, meheheh" Said MagikDark as he launched a hypnosis attack at gardevoir.

The Hypnosis missed; a Girafarig leapt in front of Gardevoir and promptly dozed off.
Meanwhile, Gadevoir was battling Spiritomb on the astral plane (the plane of the mind. This place is not physical; anything can happen).
"YOU CANNOT WIN!" she bellowed as she grew to huge heights. "I WILL CRUSH YOU!!"
She sent a beam of destruction towards him.

Done! Oh, and Nightmare, couldja stop controlling people please? It gets kinda annoying, I think it's called godmodding..... Sorry to be cranky

Sorry Ching; this is my first RP, so feel free to correct me.
But, remember, post notes in purple.

Spiritomb watched as Gardevoir grew to terrifying size. But, he had a neat trick to; if it would work.

Spiritomb groped a long way away and plucked out several atoms. He then sent them flying
towards them at the speed of light. If it would work...

A tiny black dot appeared next to Gardevoir. It slowly grew. Gardevoir gazed in horror as the black dot grew in size next to her.

"Spiritomb shouted with glee, HA HA a black hole!"

Dang it, I was looking forward to kicked some legendary butt. Ah well, this will do:

Dusk started spinning his scyth left and right, cutting any Psycic too close to him. He tripped, landing at the feet of a giant Alakazam. Suddenly, two eyes appeared in front of Dusk, before vanishing, sending the Alakazam flying.

Of course! Silly me noteage in Purple. No sweat about the control thing, most get confused on their first RP.
A Black Hole, Eh? D'you like the astral plane idea?

"Gah!" cried Gardevoir as the suction of the black hole pulled her in.
Got to plug this up....... thought Gardevoir. And without further ado, a chunk of rock as big as Saffron was thrown into the Hole, neatly blocking it. But it was beginning to disintegrate.......she had to do something.
"Come here, you!" she cried, and sent a wave of vibration towards Spiritomb.

Howzabout we check in on the REAL, PHYSICAL world........

"ZEN HEADBUTT!!!" roared a Metang, and it's head glowed blue as it rammed into a Misdreavus. She gave a strangled scream and fell.
"Hem, hem."
The Metang turned around to come face to face with a Mismagius.
"Do you mind? That's my daughter."
Metang gulped as a malevolent glint appeared in Mismagius' eyes.
"Magical Leaf." she said calmly.
Sparkling leaves struck Metang and he was thrown into a large group of Beldum who were fighting a Duskull.
"Wimpy Psychics...." muttered Mismagius, and floated off to tend to her daughter.

Nightmare slowly faded to transparent, and Suddenly re-appeared next to Gardevoir.
He slammed into her, and teleported back. Faint Attack.

Begin Turn 2

In the astral plane...

Spiritomb took on a new strategy as Gardevoir started hurtling herself into his mind.
He thought of a brick wall, as hard as could. Nothing else mattered or existed.

Meanwhile....

As Umbreon and her army neared Saffron, thyey noticed a lot of noise coming from it.
She guessed that it must be Nightmare. She shouted, "Everyone! Make haste!"

Smaller Pokemon scrambled onto the backs of larger Pokemon.
Their pace more than tripled.

"Well that was really annoying. Get out of my way Girafarig!" he yelled while teleporting closer to gardevoir "Ok, no more hypnosis or this won't go well. Maybe I need some help. Feraligatr!" His charm started to glow as a massive beast appeared involved by a very bright light. In the next moment an enormous feraligatr appeared and attacked with bite.

If I clone myself with Clone Ray, do I get two attacks or just double power?

Haunter held up his staff and shouted "CLONE RAY!" as he began to split. Soon there were two of him.

They shook hands, "How do you do?" "Fine thank you, yourself?" "Okay thanks for asking!"

Oh, call it double power. It's a lot less confusing that way.
In order to un-spam......

The poor Murkrow lay helpless with a Metagross almost on top of him.

"Go ahead- Scream. Call for help. Nobody's going to save you now," it said.

Sadly, he discovered how wrong he was as a Tyranitar lept in and started tearing it apart.

Murkrow looked in the direction he had come from, and saw a sign of hope.
More than a hundred Dark and Ghost types had come from the west. He shouted with glee, "Look! Look! To the east!"

As everyone looked, a cheer broke out from the Dark-types there.

Umbreon has finally made it!

Gardevoir had a bit of a shock when Nightmare slammed into her. She also had this terrible feeling that something was going to happen.....
CRUNCH.
BOOM!
Gardevoir was sent spiralling to the physical realm, where she was lying on the floor. A Feraligatr and a Gengar with a creepy smile were standing over her (only joking, I'm sure he has a LOVELY smile! ).
"Get away." she snapped irritated, and a super-fast surge of electricity surged through Feraligatr. It hit the ground, barely knowing what just happened.
"And you........"she hissed, looking at MagikDark. She summoned a Ralts and a Kirlia. They used Magical Leaf and Future Sight, respectively.
She then returned to the Astral Plane and did an extreme version of "Mystic Wisps" that is to say, she fired two Pallet Town-sized globules of purpley-blue fire at Spiritomb.

Coolness. Is that OK? That I finish off my little fight with Spiritomb?

Chingling

No, you can't end it quite yet. You forgot that Spiritomb came prepared.

Spiritomb concentrated as hard as he could on his brick wall; he willed it to exist above all other things.
He scarcely noticed the impending danger. Suddenly..... Everything else disappeared. All that remained was Spiritomb,
Gardevoir, and a brick wall. Gardevoir was her normal size. The black hole was also gone.

I somehow find that funny.....

Meanwhile.....

Umbreon ducked under a Metagross and jammed her foot into it's mouth. She took it out just as qiuckly; she didn't want to get her foot bitten off. The Metagross howled in pain as he looked for his attacker; She was already gone.

Just to show how good of a fighter Umbreon is, exactly. That poor Metagross is having a rough day in'e?

Looks dizzy back at gardevoir and stands up. with a dark pulse he eliminates the kirlia and ralts. Then focuses on his luck and tries attracting thunders
-Madam, you made a huge mistake now - he says angry - you should NEVER underestimate a gengar - keeps focusing while almost fainting from the future sight hit.
Suddenly tons of thunders appear hitting the floor and even the astral plane.

Imma gonna go ahead and deal the final blow.

Nightmare saw that Gardevoir was weakened; He summoned all his strength, and swung Shadow's Death, the
life-essence of Darkrai, at Gardevoir with all their fury and might.

As the sword came down, Gardevoir shouted, "IF I GO, SPIRITOMB'S GOING TOO!"

A flash appeared by Spiritomb. He disappeared just as Gardevoir was hit by the final blow.

Nightmare went and looked where he was. He saw the same marks as he had seen on the video at the house;
They were the marks left by teleportation. Sorry Chingy, but I want to hurry this along.

Nightmare thought a while. "When Gardevoir saw her fate, she must have thought of the other Crime Lords and sent Spiritomb off
to one of them," he stated after a while. He turned toward the raging battle, and noticed it wasn't raging anymore; The Dark and Ghost types appeared to have won.

He turned toward his friends. They seemed okay. He told all that were there what he had figured out.
They were silent for a while. Haunter finally spoke, saying, "Who do you suppose she could've sent him to?"

"I dunno," Nightmare replied.

"Hiya boys," a familiar voice said.

The party turned and saw Umbreon.
"Where ya been? Whatcha been doin'?" she asked cheerfully.
"You haven't met any girls, I hope?" she asked with a hint of sass.

"Not any looking at us," Dusk said, pointing at Gardevoir.

"Oh, good. What do ya wanna do now, then?" she asked; Nightmare got the
unusual feeling that she was toying with him.

I will be accepting 3 new players; see first post for details.

"I guess you and two others should come with us; then, we'll go and look for Spiritomb; again."

Nobody else post until the three new players have been accepted.
