...the best looking? I know this is a very dumb/moronic/noobish/stupid/whatever topic question. But I'm just very curious. Forgive me if this is topic has already been done, or will lead to an arguement. I just thought it was just a good question. I'm also wondering how many different opinions will be said. Cheers.

There are lots of cool looking/beautiful/cute pokemon in every region in the world of Pokemon. But which one(s) in your humble opinion is(are) the coolest or cutest. These are my cutest/coolest looking in my list.

Charmander
Pichu
Milotic.
Buneary and Lopunny.
Chikorita.
Piplup (awww ^^.)
Giratina (he just looks so awesome.)
Gardevoir.
Umbreon, and Espeon.
Luxio.
Roselia.
Skitty and Delcatty.
Zigzagoon.
and last but not least in my list, Cresselia.

Zapdos, Masquerain, and Charizard get points for coolness.

Milotic for elegance.

For cuteness, the list goes on...Chimecho, Raichu, Jigglypuff + Wigglytuff, Clefairy + Clefable, Oddish + Vileplume, Cherrim, Latias...oh yeah, and Bidoof.

I actually like Mudkip, Pikachu, Weavile, and Suicune, as far as looks go. I liked Pikachu since the day Pokemon hit the USA. I had a huge collection of toys and TCG cards of him, but I lost them as I got older. He was the favorite of mine up until the 3rd generation came out. Mudkip instantly took his place once I seen him. And yes, this was before the "I herd u liek mudkip" meme came to light.

Suicune looks beautiful in my opinion, and I just like Weaviles overall design.

I agree with face in saying Pikachu, but i liked the rounder, earlier, more pudgy pikachu more than the slim one there is today. I also liked both Nidorans.

Is it okay if I add other characteristics?

Ugh, there are so many Pokemon I find cute. Riolu and Altaria top my cute list, but there are many others, such as Poochyena, Zigzagoon, Beautifly, Luxio, Lopunny, Totodile, Cubone, Charmander, Flygon...

In the beauty department, I think I should include in my list Pokemon like Ninetales, Articuno, Persian, Rapidash, Gardevoir and Swellow.

In case of class/elegance, Milotic wins hands down, but she's closely followed by Suicune. I also find Kingdra very royal and elegant for some reason.

There's also this good-looking badass category, in which I include Blaziken (top), Lucario, Luxray, Scyther and Scizor, and the eternally awesome Mewtwo.

There's Arceus, which is a mix of badass and elegant; there's Cresselia, which is cute but in a somewhat weird way (or shape?); and there's Giratina, which is ugly as hell, but nonetheless a badass and awesome in many aspects.

I might have forgotten a lot of Pokemon I'm afraid. :S

Houndoom (I called mine Cerberus, the Pokedex entries are also cool)
Typhlosion (Nothing zany about it)

Blaziken.
Dusknoir
Haunter.

Sandslash is marginally cool looking in my opinion although I use him. If he was night black that would put him in the list.

I've always been drawn to the dark types for some reason. , , , , the list goes on and on.

Bear in mind that every sinnoh pokemon here with the exception of loses to every other pokemon on the list.

Flareon, Umbreon, Pikachu and Charizard I'm my favorite looking pokemon ever. In addition, I like a lot. There are a lot of others, but those are the few that come to mind first.

Most of my favorite Pokemon have been because of how they look. Most, oddly enough, are from the first Generation.

Tauros is by far my favorite
Pidgeot isn't far behind though.

Obviously, Dragonite for its deceptive cuteness and gentle-looking appearance!

Also like Blastoise's water canons and Charizard's purposeful appearance.

The Nido-monarchs, Tauros, Magmar, Lapras and Eevee deserve mentioning though!

Cute- Celebi, Togepi, Jigglypuff, Pichu&Pikachu, Piplup, Skitty, Spheal

Badass- Scyther&Scizor, Typhlosion, Garchomp, Houndoom, Ursaring

Just plain cool looking- Absol, Luxray, Wartortle, Sneazel&Weavile, Espeon, Umbreon
