Ecruteak City, Dewford Town, and Sootopolis
Ecruteak because of the Japanese historical setting (And it doesn't hurt the Gym Leader uses ghost types) while I like Dewford for the Isolated communuity and quiet. It would be a good place to retire.
Favourite region is Kanto.

I really like Cerulean City and Sootopolis City since they both have a water theme to it. My favorite region would have to be Kanto

Favourite Region? Obviously Johto! But my favourite town would probably be Goldenrod or Ecruteak city.

Region: Johto, I think. I'm a big fan of all of the water and sea in Hoenn, but the rest of the landscape is too varied for me.
City: I've always been a fan of Ecruteak. Although if I had to pick somewhere I'd like to live, it would have to be Celadon - there's a mall, a hangout, some business buildings, and that sweet house that had the pond in front. I'd freaking love to live there. :x

Lilycove has to be the best, not far from the Hoenn safari zone, has a department store, hosts master contests, and a ferry for easy access around the very watery(?) Hoenn, oh and also, it has a beach!

My favorite region is Hoenn and I like Snowpoint City the best. I started off playing R/S/E and Snowpoint is just so peaceful.
