Ah, Luvdisc. They fuelled my RSE games with Heart Scales.

Regretfully, I think it may be Shelgon, or Feebas. As a generic cacoon, Shelgon is often consigned to the back of the mind and doen't have the peresistence of Metapod and Kakuna, or the notable split evoution of Silcoon and Cascoon. Feebas is generally just brushed aside in favour of its evolution and unlike Magikarp is just useful enough to prevent people remembering it as useless.

Qwilfish. One of the few Pokémon that I actually DO completely forget about occasionally. It's just one of those completely useless Pokémon with no sentimental value (unlike Luvdic with its Heart Scales) and I hope it gets an evolution in Gen V.

No matter how many times I gasp and think to myself, "That's a Pokemon?" Grumpig does it again. Spoink is fairly memorable because there's a good few trainers with it in R/S/E, but I tend to forget he even evolves.

Well, Luvdisc gives heart scales so only few people forget it.
OT:
As an addition to my earlier post, I also forget about

A lot of the G/S/C pokemon are kinda forgettable to me, since I haven't really played the games that much. Looking through the list, I didn't remember Ledyba&Ledian, Smeargle, Sunkern&Sunflora, and a couple of others until I saw them. Pokemon with strong movesets always stand out to me, and these pokemon are lacking that. :/

How is Unown forgettable? Well, I guess for you, but being the only pokemon with over 20 different forms (Arceus only has 18), Unown isn't very forgettable for me. The first time I beat my Crystal version, I had an Unown at leverl 86 and 5 other pokemon at level 20 - 25. I know, I'm god at that game.

Luvdisc isn't forgettable when so many people hate it for being the most unoriginal Pokemon ever created, though. :p

Along with Luvdisc, does anyone here seriously consider using Delibird in competitive battling? Much like how Smogon laughed that Luvdisc would be reduced to "heart juice" by any opponent.

Far'Fetched? Or how ever you spell it... What is it good for? Who in their right mind would use it? Is it even obtainable in half the games? Who knows!?

The sad reality of it is there are so many ways to forget about them. Consider this, all of the non-evolved forms are usually forgotten first, because practically no one uses them to battle (except for in-game trainers near the beginning).
But here's the pathetic part: I do so much stuff here that I can never pin it down to just one. There's always a different one every time I try to do something else.
Here's the natural filter.
1) ones I've never used in battle because I don't have them
2) non-evolved forms (depending on how much effort I put into their training)
3) ones that aren't very popular here or in another place that I might frequent
4) ones from a region that I haven't completed the Pokedex in (Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh)
And there are tons of different things for different people. Obviously, if I remembered the one that is "most forgettable" to me, then it wouldn't quite be forgettable...
But the distinct honor goes to: Chatot. (And I just remembered that... I bet in the other 492 [not counting alternate forms] I've forgotten another.)

Yanma and Dunsparce. I see either of them and automaticly think, "....That's not a Pokemon....is it a glitch?..." I NEVER see them. It might be a little bit different now that I have them both.

To me, I have memorized every Pokemon and I never forget them. Someone could describe a Pokemon to me and I would know what Pokemon they were talking about if they gave me an accurate description of that Pokemon. But the two Pokemon that don't stand out to me, but I still know and remember, are Smeargle(even though it can learn any move using Sketch), because it's like an animal with a paintbrush for a tail, and Dunsparce, because it is not very strong and looks weaker to me. Dunsparce had only a drill-like tail, and tiny, little wings that look like they can't even make it hover in the air. Those two are the Pokemon that I think are the Most Forgettable Pokemon.

Personally I think Pikachu is the most forgettable. He only appears in a few locations in the game and he's devolved. Second most forgettable...well I'd say Charmander. Ironically both of these Pokemon were on my birthday cake 10 years ago! Imagine that.

For some reason, I forget like all of the Johto Pokemon who aren't legendaries or starters. Stantler, Jumpluff, and Mantine are ones I never remember. A few days ago, actually, I was sitting with a friend of mine playing Pokemon, and she tells me, "I want a Mantyke cause he has a little smiley face on his back and it's cute." And I just humored her and she mentioned how it evolves stupidly, and I was like, "...It evolves?" I also never remember Koffing.
