There are three testers and dozens of sets, so please be patient guys. We will post test results when testing is completed.

I might not be able to test for about x number of days. I just had my surgery, and my parents probably won't let me on the computer after this.

Yeah it's supposed to be, anyway I was thinking Ancientpower would work better than AA, since it covers Bug and Flying and comes off the same stat.
Also I think it'd work better if all stats (except Speed) had split EVs, since it uses both Attack stats and will probably go up against some Physical and Special Attacks.
So,
@ Leftovers
= Nature (No change)
EVs - 126 Special Attack, 126 Attack, 126 Special Defense and 126 Defense and 6 HP.
Rain Dance
Water Pulse
HP Fighting/Light Screen
Ancientpower

Even though I'm not a tester-person/examiner/whatever here, I'd like to point out one thing.
On split EVs: 126 four times isn't that good. 124 is

Yes it would be okay to have two creative movesets for a Pokemon. Look in the rules on the first page. The third rule is:
"If there already is one . . .
If you are posting a moveset for a Pokemon ALREADY in the Hall of Fame, you must post a clear and detailed explanation as to why your set is better than the one we already have."
Anyway, WPM, just take your time to test them

Um, let's see.
Nidoqueen is basically a Parattractafusioner. I chose NQueen over NKing because her defenses are higher, I think. Anyway, Body Slam gives Paralysis, and even if it doesn't it will still do some damage. Flatter confuses, and Attract, well, attracts. And you think you'd need something else to cover for Ghost types. And so we have Sludge Bomb/ EQ/ Rest.
Hariyama uses Body Slam to paralyze then Smellingsalt for double damage. Endure-Reversal when you get low.
Oh and if no one minds i'm actually testing the Celebi right now. IT couldn't take much and Water Pulse did very little. Which makes me wonder... Will HP Water and Fire be helped by Rain Dance and Sunyn day? If so, I think HP Water would be much better. Then change Water Pulse for Light Screen.
Why am I doing this? How come no one else has done that for my sets?

The gard is a no-no. It got killed by silver wind. It didn't survive long enough to mimic EQ, even if it could survive it. Sorry.

Shedinja: Nu-uh, the thing got murdered as soon as it Toxic'd from super-effective attacks, or they switched then unleashed pwnage. Shame, really.
In any case, here's a little quirky one...
 @Chesto
Early Bird
Modest
252SPD, 252HP, 6SPATT
Rest
Sleep Talk
Toxic
Extrasensory
Basically a more efficient form of Toxistalling. Toxic, then Extrasensory to try and flinch, plus it inflicts good damage on Megahorning Nidokings and Heracrosses, as well as Poison types. Rest to recover health- Early Bird halves it to only one turn, plus you can Sleep Talk an extra Extrasensory, hopefully. Plus, if it's any consolation, it's practically almost immune to draining moves (Dream Eater is nada, and the others are Grass-type).

EVs: 252 A, 252 SD, 6 SA/HP
Moveset:
Attract
Body Slam
Confuse Ray
Crunch/ HP Ghost (It's SA isn't that bad either, but it's Attack is the best)
Strategy: Body Slam takes advantage of Huntail's high attack rating and paralyses. Confuse Ray well ... confuses and Crunch is those pesky ghost types you can't nail with Body Slam. Attract I threw in so it had the potential to be a paratractafusioner.
Item: Kings Rock/ Leftovers

Huntail looks okay, but I reckon you can swap Crunch for HP Ghost, since it's also super effective against Ghosts and relies oh Huntail's Att instead of Sp. Att, then we can use those 6EVs for something like HP.
I'll wait for a second opinion on this.

I'm okay with both the Huntail as well as the Shiftry. For the Huntail, I agree that HP Ghost would be good.
Regarding the Shiftry, I'm anticipating a problem with defenses; you might get KO'ed before you even wake up from your Rest. Go test it out though. Who knows, it juz might work

Behold, the ultimate Anti-Jasker!!
 /{misdreavus} @ Lefties
Timid| 252 Speed/252 Special Attack/6 HP
Skill Swap
Mean Look
Thunderbolt
Perish Song
Skill swap first turn, then Mean Look, kill off the substitute with Thunderbolt. Now you should b a hell a lot more faster than Ninjask, so Perish Song, then sit there attacking and switch before you faint. EVs going heavily in Speed to trap before 'Jask substitites.
I am running out of ideas. I hope I get a good rate on this one.
Also, here is another:
 @ Lefties
Bold|252 Defense/252 HP/6 Speed
Swagger
Psych Up
Curse
Baton Pass
Swagger away, and Psych Up the changes. Now start Tanking with Curse. Baton Pass to a Physical Sweeper (preferably Salamence or Gyarados or any other Intimidater). Just watch out for a Rock Slide. EVs heavily in Defense.
EDIT: Also added the fact that the Gengar set can also be used on a misdreavus.

I'm okay with all three, so I think they all should undergo testing. Right now what I think is that the Aggron won't last long, and the Gengar can't do much when the opponent isn't a Ninjask. So these are some issues to look at when testing.

This is kinda standardish, All Eevoutions are commonly used as Baton passer.
Also, the Swagger-Up-Pass combo is very overused.
and With the set, I suggest you get rid of Psych Up and Swagger, they both can backfire.
If you leave Swagger and Psych Up, they will overlap with Curse, and since you'll lose speed, you could be setting the pokemon you're passing to.
I suggest Double Team and Body Slam/Rest over Swagger and Psych Up, Double Team allows you to get a couple more turns to Curse, Body Slam uses the Attack stat, and has a chance of paralyzing (Which would be great, since Umbry loses speed using Curse) or Rest to make him last longer.

 @ Lefties | Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
~Confuse Ray (Yes, he can learn it)
~Rock Slide
~Fury Cutter
~HP Ground/Attract
Confuse 'em (And Attract 'em , if you feel insecure) , then Fury Cutter until you miss. Rock Slide for STAB, and HP Ground for Type Weaknesses (Steel and Electric)
I am the mastah!
This one hasn't been rated yet.
This is superb. I don't know if you noticed, Sneaky_Sneasel, but I've used this against you on NetBattle and had great success.

Paper, do you mind if I pass a couple of sets to you? Seeing as how you're almost done anyway.
