Oops, forget that Kingdra set. I guess in the new games Kingdra can't get Octazooka.
EDIT: But I like your set that you just posted. I'm on NetBattle right now, lemme test it.
EDIT 2: Okay, it bit the dust pretty quickly, but that's because stupid Toxic missed and stupid enemy Blastoise had Yawn *hits Undeadcutlet on the head with an inflatable baby toy hammer* . . . yeah, it was no fun after that. I wanna try it some more.

Lesse here...
 @ Scope Lens | Adamant
EVs: 252 Atatck; 100 Defense; 100 Sp. Defense; 60 HP
~Focus Energy
~Thunder Wave
~Rock Blast
~Sludge Bomb
T-Wave first, then F-Energy, then Critical hit away (I hope). Rock Blast since it hits a lot (also a handy dandy anti-jask), and Sludge Bomb to defeat Grass and do nice amounts of damage on Electrics.
EDIT: Changed Hp Poison to Sludge Bomb. Thanks for pointing that our papersun

I don't really like the Milotic. If I remember correctly, the Pokemon can't be asleep and be poisoned at the same time, so having Toxic and Hyponsis is kinda weird. Besides, the point of that post seems a little ambiguous.
As for the "Critillery", or whatever you call it, it seems pretty creative to me, but I'm not sure about its staying power or its offensive power. Good enough for some testing though, I suppose. What do you guys think?

i use that milotic on netbattle, it works fine. True, they can't be asleep and poisoned at the same time, but i like the variety.

Looks great. Any reason why HP Poison instead of Sludge Bomb?

I did't know he could learn Sludge Bomb...oops. Just edit it for me
EDIT: I was wondering; since I'm on Netbattle a lot, I could test a lot of these Pokes for you. I don't mind, I have plenty of time on my hands. But I'll wait for papersun's or snowball's opinion...

Just did.
4 battles, 8 total KOed Pokemon solely by Critillery. Maybe not HoF worthy, but pretty darn good. Could use some more defense EVs though, it's attack was certainly high enough.

That sounds pretty good, actually.
Maybe now we can have 4 testers.

You wanna be an official tester, SS? If so I'll shift some sets by WPM and Venu over to you. They've got an immense workload

Sure, I go on Netbattle a lot. So I don't mind taking some of the workload off of some other testers.

I thought I was in the wrong forum. Plus more opinions make me a better trainer. So Why Body slam other than skull bash?

Doesn't skull Bash take 2 turns, or recoil? Sorry if not.

Two turns true, but it increases your Defense. (which for my is already ungodly) No recoil though

No rating normal sets here. And Body Slam is suprerior because:
1. It overall does more damage
2. It can paralyze
3. Raising Defens if your opponent is using Blastiose's Sp. Weaknesses is uselss
Okay?
Anyway, ph33r the UU Yanma.
 @Ganlon
252SPD, 252SA, 6HP
Hypnosis
Dream Eater
Giga Drain
Double Team
Chance of survival? Low. Chance to K'O a Pokemon? Not that high. Chance to turn a few heads? Pretty good.
Anyway, this is the old Dream Eater combo that never really worked off, but with Hypnosis, it has a decent shot, if Yanma isn't already dead. Giga Drain for Dark/Psychics, and Double Team for praying. XD Butterfree still owns it in every possible way, though.
 @Salac
252SPD, 252ATT, 6HP
Endure
Reversal
Protect
Whirlwind
I highly doubt this'll pull off, but it's worth a shot. Yanma's bad defenses almost get it OHKO'ed, so Endure and Reversal. Whirlwind if you see something like Gengar.

for umbreon, instead of
mean look
toxic
double team
taunt
why not
toxic
meanlook
wish
protect?
toxic and mean look, then wish and protect alternatingly(is that a word?).
==========================
and i thought of this one all of a sudden....
scyther @ silk scarf(does it boost reversal? if not forget it)
evs in speed, attack.
-endure
-reversal
-something decent, maybe substitute/curse/swords dance?
endure till 1hp, then use reversal.
will it work?
EDIT: just realized its just like the yanma. but imho i tink scyther has better stats than yanma.
==========================
btw i was on netbattle and i tried stienerrecliner's umbreon for fun. it's a good strategy, but when it was up against a dragonite it dies b4 i could baton.

... No one gave the final word on my NQueen and Hariyama, and they're not in the test list either. May I add that the HoF Hariyama is EXTREMELY VUNERABLE to Poison, Burn and Weather effects. It got pwned by a WoWing Gardevoir. The moment it Endured it got killed by burn.

Test results:
Huntail: Not bad. Dealt some good damage, dead to Skarm. Still, it didn't hang around too long, since if Body Slam didn't paralyze they'd hit hard and send it flying. Overall not bad, but I think it's not ready yet.
Golduck: Love it. It crushed an entire team with the exception of their Quagsire (which got killed by one of my earlier Toxics anyhow), and lasted a good long time. HoF worthy.
Hypno: Too ineffective. Hypnosis too unreliable, Calm Mind didn't help much and people were smart enough to switch in a ghost once they saw SubPunching.
Yanma 1: Love it, love it, love it. Shame it ran out of PP.

That won't work. A pokemon with really high defenses cannot Counter/Mirror Coat well unless it has a quad weakness which a pure psychic has none of.
