Hey guys. Guess I missed out quite a bit while I was away at a camp for the past two days
Anyway, I've added Venu's Yanmas and tessa's Hariyama to the test list, as well as shifted some sets over to SS to test. Last but not least, I've added Cless's Golduck to the HoF. Congratulations

Actually I've tested Shiftry and Yanma 1 already. Shiftry just didn't cut it, and Yanma was okay, but it ran out of PP pretty quickly, otherwise it'd have been pretty good.

I have a physical Shiftry set:
Swords Dance
Explosion
Brick Break
Shadow Ball
Item:Leftovers
EVs: 252 A, 252 D, 6 HP
Strategy: This is gonna be screwed up by Skarmory, but it's common sense to not have a Shiftry out against a Skarmory. I found out that it's attack was higher than it's special attack slightly, and the standard was all special, so I thought I'd make this. Swords Dance a few times, Brick Break, or Shadow Ball if they're a ghost type, and when HP is low, Explode.

 @ Lefties
Curse
Thrash
Facade
Earthquake
Kinda lame set I made up for fun, but I have no idea if it'll work well. Curse to increase Attack and Defense before using Thrash until you're confused. Then use Facade while confused to deal damage. Should you deal damage to yourself due to confusion, the increased Defense from Curse should be able to protect you. EQ is there for Steel, Rock and Ghost types that neither Facade nor Thrash can hit. I'm not very sure about the EV Spread though. I couldn't decide on whether to be more defensive or offensive.

Curse: For Non-Ghost Pokemon: Raises Attack and Defense by 1 level and lowers speed by one level.
If it did attack itself, it do the same damage, I'm not sure on how well it'll work, since it's Defense and Special Defense are low.
Also it's Speed isn't too good, 240 for max. Curse will probably make it slower than Shuckle.

Tessa's Hariyama-Usually got KOed too fast before B-Slam could paralize, and the endursal is too standard. Sorry.
Steiner's Gengar-Killed Jask beatuifully, but P-Song doesn't really need to go in there, since it'll eventually be faster and KO it with T-Bolt. Replace with Psychic perhaps so it can also be a semi-P-sweeper, or maybe something else.

Actually, Facade only works under poisoned, burned or paralyzed, so no-go.

ya werent listening huh... the only reason it worked was because leona let her jask be spanked... any half-decent jask user will b-pass the second skillswap gets used, and mean look doesnt stop a batonpass , and when they bring jask back in later in the match, itll have its speed boosts back again ( skillswap is only while jask is in play , trust me, ive playtested it, the second jask goes out and comes back in, speed boost is back...) therefore, it becomes much simpler to just roar jask away rather than wasting an entire set solely on a jask counter that likely wont work...

Okay. I didn't know Facade's power wasn't affected by Facade
Anyway, any sets that are HoF worthy, SS?

Is that meant to be a creative set? In the first place it only has Surf, so how are we gonna rate it?

I just thought of a great uu Pokemon.
 @ Leftovers
Rock Head / Jolly
252 Spd | 252 Defense
Block
Double Team
Harden
Earthquake/Rock Slide
In the uu environment, there are many choice banders as starters, and they have HP Ground on them for the rock types. But with the defenses of Onix it wont do much damage. Take damage (look at the speed of onix, you can outspeed alot, so it's possible that you can attack first), Block, either harden or Double Team. When all fixed up, start sweeping.
Edit: This will be used as a starter.

you'd be very surprised how far a supereffective choicebanded move can go... in all likelyhood, the first EQ from an aerodactyl will ohko an onix, and itll go down in two hits to HP ground or fighting attacks common to choicebanders...

I thought of some sets
 focus band
own tempo timid
252spd 252spa 6hp
Spore
Agillity
tail glow
psycic
This set should work if your oponets first pokemon if your oponents first pokemon doesn't have a chesto berry is faster than smeargle or wakes up to quickly you just spore your oponents first pokemon use a bunch of tail glow to up your special atk then use agillity to increase its speed cause if something hits it it will probably ohko it then just pound on all your oponents pokemon with psycic
 lum berry
pure power adamant
Attack252 spd252 hp6
bulk up
calm mind
high jump kick
baton pass
THis is just a baton passing medicham pretty simple it may not work because of its low defenes but its the only pokemon that can learn bulk up and calm mind besides mew and smeargle
 lum berry
growth
spore
giga drain
hp ice (ice works best but any other special hp will do)
This is to suprise people who thibk you're using a phsyical breloom It's not as good as most physical sets but it should still work

The Onix is definitely creative enough, but like what Lynx said, a Choice Band EQ or HP Ground can take out Onix in a hit or two despite Onix's good defenses, simply because of type advantage. Let's see what the others think of it first.
As for um...'s Pokemon, let's see... Smeargle can learn any move, so we won't bother with Smeargles. A Baton-Passing Medicham isn't creative enough as well, and neither is a Special Sweeping Breloom. Sorry about that.

Even though I'm not a official tester, I did test my Gengar, and it killed a BPing Scizor beautifully.

If you want to change anything on my Onix, state your case. Lynx, you're probably right but you can switch onix in on quite a few things too (scizor for example) he will need a couple of swords dances to do actual damage, by that you are hardened/teamed up..

I actually managed to pull this set off quite a few times. Watch out for Glalie counters though.

Sorry about the last one. I just got it off the top of my head after it thrashed Groudon. With Cloud Nine there's no need to waste any time with a weather attack, and Solarbeam will have to charge, Fire Blast is not very effective, and EQ... We'll have to deal with that another way. Anyho just keep Surfing away and he'll go down. Worse comes to worse, you can beat almost every poke with Perish Song...
Anyway, here's an anti-tank *** anti-BPer. Got two guys who fit the set but not sure who to pick.
 / @ Lum Berry
Any Nature | Pressure
Taunt
Torment
Protect/ Rest
Fill (Shadow Ball would probably be best)
This is based purely on the hopes that the opponent has only one real attack. Taunt cuts out any stat raisers, but since you will take a lot of damage you will probably need Protect or Rest to counter that. Lum is actually a lot better than Chesto when it comes to the Rest combo. Torment will stop him or at least slow him from pwning you with Crunch / Brick Break / HP Ghost/ Fighting/ Bug/ Dark, depending on who it is.

Item: lefties
moveset:
Water Pulse
Haze/Whirlwind
Ice Beam
Agility
Strategy: Agility first, if thew opponent is faster than you are, then Water Pulse/Ice Beam them to death. Haze/Whirlwind in case the opponent uses any stat increasing moves.
EVs: 252 SA, 252 D, 6 HP
And now, for two Altaria sets:
Tank
Item: Lefties
Moveset:
Rest
Roar
Dragonbreath
Attract
Strategy:
Attract, then DragonBreath until they are paralysed. it's then your choice whether to P.haze them with roar or Dragonbreath them some more. rest for when HP is low. Also, Roar out anything that Dragonbreath can't hit that well.
Item: Chesto/Lum berry
EVs: 252D, 252SD, 6 HP
Annoyer
Moveset:
Attract
Dragonbreath
Swagger
Flamethrower/Agility
EVs: 252 SA, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Item: Kings Rock
Strategy:Dragonbreath until paralysed, swagger, then attract. Flamethrower for more attacking and beating ice types or Agility for making you faster and giving the Kings Rock more chance to take effect and cause flinching.
btw, nobody looked at my Shiftry set, never mind give an opinion.

I'll go with Dusclops, better defenses and Absol can't last long anyway.

Sorry for the absence. I had exams the past three days.
Added Cless's Onix and the Glalie to the Test List. Anyway, I reckon the reason why it's Onix and not Steelix is to avoid additional weaknesses, right?

Just a question about the Umbreon I'm supposed to test... the original set of Psych Up/Curse/Baton Pass/Swagger was aid by RL to be slightly un-creative, so he tweaked it. So do I test that, or the set that he decided to switch it to?
