i loved xbox because you can play online now that nintendo is online its over. Im going to be playing mario kart and smash bros about all day. And when im done with that ill play rainbowsix lockdown for xbox360 so ps3 wont be played very much ill buy it just to have it.

Nintendo will be the cheapest, and most will not be aware of its sales pitch (thought it is the game titles, but those are numbered). The creator himself said that it will be the lowest grade out of the three but the cheapest or more compelling to families. However, 360 and Halo 3 (the last in the series) will beat both rival counsels.

And rumor has it that the 360 will have connectibility with the PSP and DS, though we'll wait and see if Microsoft gets into the handheld business.

To the PSP maybe, but to the DS... never. Nintendo just will not go around connecting their handhelds and consols/games to other companys.

In my opinion, Revolution may be the cheapest, but its games are the
best! Computer-graphical games (i.e. X-Box, PS3, Computer) can be
found anywhere. Cartoon games (i.e. Nintendo and some Sega) are more
bent towards family pleasure.

As long as Nintendo keeps on releasing Mario, Pokemon and Smash
Bros. games as they have done in the past, Nintendo-type systems
will always be the ones for me.

Besides, you can't find Paper Mario on the Playstation or X-Box systems.
And that series is the best, well, for me anyways!

When there are millions of dollars to pass around, those types of assumptions are just silly.

There comes a time when Nintendo gets too childish. It's major titles are Zelda, Metroid, Mario, Pokemon, and Donkey Kong.

Think of it this way, Nintendo is old age which still captures children's hearts. But I guarantee you, on whatever, that the 360 and PS3 will sell out the Revolution (system, not games, as Halo 3 will beat both contendors).

now dont make silly judgements based on facts you dont have. and i dont know y anyone would so early on say that revolution is 100% better than xbox 360 or ps3. you guys dont have any facts to substantiate your claims. for goodness sakes the benchmarks for revolution arent even public. which leads me to suspect that most of you are judging by sheer fanaticism to a console company...sad, uneducated consumership :x

And you're basing your arguements on nothing more than numbers. Numbers mean nothing; it's all application.

And, as far as application, there's virtually no difference between the XB and the 360. 360's got bigger numbers; big flippin deal! There's nothing new and innovative about it. The original XB had one bit of innovation going for it in that it went with a built in hard drive (which is a rather nice feature, I'll admit), but there's nothing like that with the 360.

Sorry, but I don't see jack that's revolutionary about the XBox 360. That's why the Revolution is my next-gen of choice.

Gameplay is infintely more important than graphics and numbers. Infinitely.

I was saying, speaking in opinion, as all of this is OPINION, that some Nintendo games are childish. I do enjoy some little Mario Party and Monkey Ball here and there. Don't misunderstand my post, it wasn't meant like that. But you read that wrong, and I don't mean to be rude.

r u serious?? no difference between a 733 mhz celeron and THREE 3.2 gig processors?? u're rite in the fact that the style of gaming or control fluency wont be enhanced by higher-end tech specs but u just cant deny the fact that it WILL improve graphics and latency. on top of that, name one gaming console in the next gen that doesnt focus on improving the tech specs or "numbers" as u oversimplify them to be. xbox 360 and its released stats just seem to be on top of things at the moment, which isnt to say that revolution, WHEN THEY RELEASE ANY INFO on the console wont be better.

as for the hd, 360 will still be "built-in" and fully modifiable.

and one more thing...u mention that GAMEPLAY is "infinitely" more important than graphics and numbers. wat kind of evidence do you have revolution (which btw hasnt released any public stats yet or official projected game franchises) will definitely have BETTER GAMEPLAY (as if there was such a thing than can be quantified and made general of an entire gaming system, as opposed to educated experiences with their individual games) than the xbox 360??

and if numbers and graphics according to u are all that separates the 360 from the original, wat then can u honestly confirm is different between the revolution and the gamecube, besides "numbers and graphics."

for god sake, it's almost as slow as my PII !!

it doesn't matter how many processors it has, it can't use them all at one time, so that won't affect speed as much as you think, and i agree w/ Jigglypuff, there's nothing innovative about the XB360, they just incresed the memory and speed, not to mention how on earth are you going to get your money's worth out of 20 GB of space in a game system? the only thing that you can fill it w/ is saves and music, music being about 3mb for 4 minutes, and you can fit at least 20 saves on a 8mb memory card. so here's the math: if you have 1000 songs, averaging 4 mintues each (long songs) and 50 game saves, that still leaves you w/ 16980mb, or about 17gb or space!
